The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Tuesday is garbage day. If you are staying during that time place the garbage can at the end of the driveway on Monday night to insure the garbage is picked up.
Place garbage can in storage area after it has been taken.
Please set thermostat to 76 degrees when checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Out of respect for neighbors, please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00pm and before 8:00am.

This house was beautiful. All new furniture, immaculatly clean, well equipped and perfect for our long weekend. It even had a heated pool. We didn't want to leave. I would 150% recommend for anyone who is looking for a great place to stay that is centrally located in Matlacha. Richard and Trina were fabulous to work with and were quick to respond to anything we asked. They have excellent recommendations for places to eat as well. Thank you for a wonderful slice of heaven.

First time exploring this area; it was very interesting. A boater's paradise. Beautiful, upgraded home, it was very comfortable in all respects.Wish we had known about the pool heating upcharge. Did not see that in the listing and have not experienced this at other properties.Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Matlacha has an artsy feel and is a fisherman's dream. Whether you want to go to dinner, we highly recommend "Blue Dog", or take a walk around the neighborhood, everything is within walking distance, with water views all around you. Walk to the famous, "fishingest bridge in the world" in Florida the Matlacha Bridge famous for its local reputation and anglers catching snapper, sheepshead, and flounder in Matlacha Pass.

Our home was recently fully remodeled with beautiful furnishings, Whether you want to cook a fish dinner after fishing all day or have a cookout on the grill, it is fully furnished for all your needs!
