Quay building offers Indoor & outdoor heated pools, indoor pool is open all year, ping pong room, tennis court, arcade room, seasonal gift shop, saunas (men & women) on the second floor. Private Balcony with Side Ocean and Bay Views.

**High speed internet and with three smart TVs, one in the living room and one in each of the two bedrooms.

**Please note that guests must provide linens (bed sheets and towels), we don’t provide these personal items. Also, cleaning supplies and paper/plastic products are limited to what is available in the unit, guests to obtain any additional supplies.

Upon arrival, please check in with Quay building security to register and obtain your parking permit. The Quay building charges a $100 resort fee per stay, which is included in your rental, and we will pay this fee on your behalf. This resort fee covers your registration, access to amenities, and one parking permit. Should you require additional parking permits, they are for $12 per night, subject to availability, and must be paid directly to the Quay building at the time of registration. Alternatively, there are street parking options and other pay-to-park facilities within walking distance. Please feel free to ask the Quay staff for further details during your registration.
