Absolutely gorgeous 4 bed 2 bath that sleeps 18 comfortably.

Backyard is an entertainers dream. Has a beautiful sparkling pool with an amazing waterfall rock feature. BBQ and firepit. Huge patio with plenty of sitting area. Fans and speakers. pool can be heated for a daily or weekly fee.

Smart TVs in ALL the bedrooms and (2) 65" tvs in the living room and game room.
Cox Gigablast High speed internet and wifi.
Game room with PlayStation 1 2 and 3, Xbox One. An Arcade with 10,000 games to choose from.
Amazing pool table.
Smart TVs have all the apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney Plus. HBO Max.
Super high end Kitchen appliances for all your cooking or baking needs. All cooking supplies included.
Free parking inside the garage.
RO water system.

Theres a Movie theater, Mall and tons of excellent restaurants within a mile.

You will have the entire place to yourself. Excluding 2 locked cleaning supply closets. I do require photo ID after booking. You can send a picture through the messaging app here. Once confirmed I will send over instructions to access the property. I will issue a code to our front door right before arrival. **there are 4 cameras on the Exterior of the property.**

We will not be available in person. Guests can contact us at any time through here. We live close by and can assist if need be. We also have a maintenance crew if any repair is needed on the spot.

***PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOME*** It costs us $750 to have a professional company come out to clean the home. You will be responsible for this amount if you do.

Laundry was convenient kitchen was organized and easy to find utensils because of the labeling on the cabinets, rooms are clean host returned my calls, but misleading on how many it sleeps at the most it could sleep 12 and only seven individual beds, we were one bed short for one person. The master bathroom did not have a door for privacy.

What a great house! The host was very responsive and very accommodating! We have a large family and were in town for a family wedding. This house was everything and more from what I seen in the pictures. The host was very accommodating. At 1st i didn't want the heat on in the pool but found out fast i was very wrong. We loved the property. It was just perfect for our family. House was well stocked and clean. Location is close to the 202 and the 60, so easy to get around. Had all the amenities we needed! I would recommend this property to anyone for a great getaway.
