One level cozy cottage with beds for 7, as well as 1.5 baths. Walk down the street to see the unobstructed sunset over the lake, enjoy the lakeviews over dinner and drinks on the front porch, share sparklers & s’mores by the firepit, stroll down the street to the Boathouse restaurant, or enjoy the screened in porch at this cozy cottage in beautiful Sunset Point Association. Walk 15 minutes for ice cream at Greshams along the top part of the lake. Walk to rubber ducky boat rentals, or take advantage of your membership at freedom boat club just 3 minutes down the road! Drop your boat in the public launch at Mangan Cove less than 10 minutes away, or Reserve your marina spot close by for your boat. Close to skiing at Masthorpe mountain, Costa's Fun Park, Fairview Lake mini golf, Scranton, and so much more. Convenient location with so many great restaurants nearby and just a short 5 minute drive to the IGA supermarket. 5 minutes to Hawley, 20 minutes to Honesdale. So many great hikes nearby.
