Phoenix native. I spend my time between Phoenix and Dorado Beach Puerto Rico. I prefer long-term tenants (spring training/athletes are welcome) during these months that it is open for rent.

The area is amazing - great location to get anywhere in the city in minutes.
What makes this property unique
Close to the best dining spots you could ask for, 10 minutes from Sky Harbor, 10 min from Old Town, 20 minutes to North Scottsdale. The property is not a Ritz Carlton, it is modern, but this is older so if you are expecting that please confirm before booking!
