Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted. Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool. No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc. Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out. Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 4 adults at any time. TPT: 21596162

What a great place to stay! It’s very well set up with pretty much everything you need for any length of visit and the host is super responsive. The location is fantastic, although a little difficult to find your first time (GPS has a hard time finding this place, the map provided by the renter is very helpful). I would definitely stay here again.

Shower stall was so small you couldn’t even bend over to wash. No shampoo or crème rinse. Grab bars would be a plus. Otherwise it was fine Kleenex would have been. Nice. Great parking and grounds are lovely

The condo was perfect for our weekend of visiting our daughters at GCU. We were able to make some home cooked meals for the girls and had fun playing games together in the evenings.The condo was very clean and well equipped. The location is convenient with restaurants and shopping nearby.

Not great. Less than clean. Poorly kept. Excellent location, but would not book again.
Very comfortable two bedroom townhome with great convenience to many restaurants, shops, Scottsdale, etc. very clean with some nice upgrade touches. I had some trouble getting in because I hadn’t fully read the instructions. They were extremely patient with me and were great with communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Although we didn't use the pool/hot tub they looked very nice and kept up. The location is also a big benefit. Very close to the airport, Biltmore, and Echo Canyon Trail. We will definitely consider this condo on our next trip to PHX. Thank you!

Comfortable bed, serviceable kitchen, all was in good working order. Advertised hot tub was cold, not in service. Totally fine stay.
