Above Stumm, in the district of Stummerberg 2.5 km from the centre of Stumm, 3.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the lake, 3.3 km from the skiing area. For shared use: children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, trampoline, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 10 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 4 km. Super dejlig bolig. Ligger højt med en smuk udsigt, super sød værtinde.gode p forhold. Vi blev budt velkommen og vist rundt. Østrig er fantastisk på denne årstid. Boligen var vidunderlig flot ren og rigtige gode senge, der mangler måske lidt køkkenudstyr som f.eks. ildfaste fade. Men pyt det er da også kun det eneste negative . Tolle Ferienwohnung mit schönem Ausblick

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war groß und sauber, mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich! Der Brötchenlieferservice hat auch überzeugt! Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfect, in a nutshell

The apartment lies on the upper parts of the Stummerberg, and offers a beautiful view over the Zillertal and mountains. From the living room / kitchen, you are presented with a gorgeous view over mountaintops and the Kaltenbach slopes on the other side of the valley. When arriving we where welcomed by Frau B, who gave us a warm welcome friendly tour of the apartment. It's spacious, offers all the luxury needed for a great vacation, and is in pristine condition. We will surely come back!

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick in die Berge. Alles ist ebenerdig, neuwertig und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse davor ist wunderbar zum entspannen nach einer langen Wanderung, zum frühstücken oder um den Sonnenuntergang anzuschauen. B. ist eine nette Vermieterin, die auch immer einen Tipp für tolle Wanderungen oder Unternehmungen hat. Der Brötchenservice ist echt klasse, morgens aufstehen und frische Brötchen vor der Tür zu haben. Das nenne ich mal Urlaub) Vielen Dank

Sommerurlaub mit Familie

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit reichlich Platz und allem nötigen Komfort. Stummerberg ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Radfahren, Bergbahnen sind mit dem auto schnell erreicht. Das Freibad in Stumm sollte man unbedingt besuchen!

Alles bestens! Die Wohnung ist noch geräumiger als sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Es war absolut alles da. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Alles sehr unkompliziert!
