wonderful apart in Gerlosberg

Our home is located in a beautiful spot at the beginning of the Gerlosberg and very close to Zell am Ziller. Take a break from everyday life. Enjoy the beauty of nature and the impressive mountain view.

The flat was recently built and is located on the ground floor. You enter it via its own entrance, no shared or common entrance area with others so privacy is guaranteed. The flat has three bedrooms, a modern bathroom as well as an extra toilet, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, pans, dishes, cutlery, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) and an indoor ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Everything is brand new, elegantly furnished and cosy. There is a wonderful, sunny terrace in front of the house. The free ski bus stops almost in front of the flat and takes you to the largest ski area of the Zillertal „Zillertal Arena“ within a few minutes.
During your summer holiday you can enjoy many exciting and relaxing activities such as hiking, cycling or even climbing in a high ropes course. From your flat at the Gerlosberg you can easily reach all those destinations to do your prefered activity. It is a perfect starting point for sports and outdoor enthusiasts.

Really nice days!

We had really nice days. The accommodation is really well located and offers an ideal starting point for a variety of excursions with a wide range of activity options. We will always be happy to go there again. The only thing we missed as a large family is a washing machine - everything was prepared for that, maybe at one fine day it will be available. We can completely recommend the location - thanks to the owner family for accommodating us! Best regards and maybe we will be there again!

Wir haben eine Woche bei den Luxners verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt.Wir hatten jederzeit das Gefühl willkommen und bestens versorgt zu sein. Die Wohnung ist durchdacht und mit allen nützlichen Dingen eingerichtet. welche einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt ermöglicht.Hervorzuheben sind die extreme Sauberkeit und auch die sehr gute Auswahl an Küchenutensilien. Bad und WC sind Top und es gibt ausreichend Stauraum auch für Winteraufenthalte.Da wir die Wohnung nur mit der halben maximalen Belegung genutzt haben,waren die Platzverhälntnisse natürlich paradiesisch. Ein Schnapserl mit Herbert war natürlich ein Muss :-)Danke dafür. Wir überlegen vielleicht unseren nächsten Winterurlaub hier zu verbringen.Die Gegend ist sowohl für Sommer als auch im Winter wunderschön. Besten Dank an Christina Dornauer und Herbert Luxner.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung im Herzen des Zillertals

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Vermieter super nett und unkompliziert, die Talstationen für die Skigebiete Hochzillertal / Kaltenbach, Zillertal-Arena / Zell am Ziller und Mayrhofen / Horbergbahn sind mit dem Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen. Skiurlaub

Wir hatten mit Frau Dornauer und Herrn Luxner perfekte Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, super sauber und vollständig mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt ist. In freundlichen persönlichen Gesprächen haben wir noch Tipps zum Gerlostal und den Skimöglichkeiten dort erhalten. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft und darüber hinaus in der Woche dort rundrum wohlgefühlt. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und können einen Aufenthalt am Gerlosberg 62 sehr empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Die Lage ist für alle Aktivitäten klasse! Der Skibus hält fast vor der Haustür und bringt einen direkt zur Mittelstadion! Auch für Wanderer ideal! Direkt vor der Haustür führt ein wunderschöner Wanderweg vorbei! Gerne wieder!

Mooi en modern maar gezellig appartement

Mooi ingericht en modern appartement met ruimte om skis op te bergen en skischoenen te drogen. Zeer mooi skigebied. Met de auto minder dan 10 minuten naar het dalstation. Er is ook een skibus vlakbij, die rijdt in de ochtend en middag 1x per uur. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer!

Ski Tour 2022 (Zillertal)

Vores gruppe bestod af 6 personer, så lejligheden med tre soveværelser, stort badeværelse og ekstra WC passe nøjagtigt til vores behov. Der var alt af udstyr vi skulle bruge i køkkenet til selv at tilberede aftensmad alle dage. Utroligt venlige og imødekommende værter. Vi kan varmt anbefale denne dejlige lejligehed med beliggenhed lige ud til skibus stoppested.

Super-Urlaub im Zillertal

Sehr saubere und gut durchdachte Wohnung. Für den Skifahrer vom abschließbaren Keller bis Skischuhwärmer in der Wohnung und Skibushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe alles bestens eingerichtet. Wir haben uns in der Fewo mit den sehr netten Vermietern sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung.

Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und in der sehr schön, modern und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Außerdem war der Vermieter sehr sympathisch, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sehr angenehmen 14 Tage im Zillertal verbracht.
