Location is the selling point for this home

Once there plenty to do in walking distance but not really impressed with the home. The private pool was green - though neighboring pools all looked inviting. Linens were not all clean and problem with ants.

Très bon séjour dans ce joli appartement

Agréables vacances passées en famille. L'appartement est spacieux et idéalement situé près de la plage et de la ville de Playa de Aro avec ses restaurants et diverses boutiques. Nous avons aussi apprécié la piscine située sur le toit et la connexion Wifi a bien fonctionné. La place de parking réservée au logement est très appréciable.

Sehr schöne Wohnung auf 3 Etagen. Alles sehr leicht und in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Mit dem Highlight auf dem Dach (Pool)

Bel appartement, très bien placé

Appartement très confortable, bien placé. La piscine privée est un bel avantage pour se retrouver entre amis. Tous commerces à proximités, plages aux pieds de la résidence.... conforme à la description. A recommander.

Super Haus,Super Lage

Die Lage vom Haus ist Super,nur wenige Schritte zum Meer und in die Stadt. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Das einzige ist ,das die Unterkunft für uns ein bisschen teuer war,aber man gönnt sich ja sonst nichts ;)

5 Personen Positiv: Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am "großen" Strand Gemeinschaftspool toll Ausstattung u. Platzangebot der Unterkunft ist gut Nette gadgets wie Lift oder Lautsprecher in allen Räumen Personen Negativ: Parkplatz etwas tricky insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen Jalousien, Fenster müssten mal erneuert bzw. repariert werden Markise am Pool muss komplett erneuer werden Rooftop Pool kaum nutzbar, da zuviel Dreck von oben Handwerker muss mal ran.

Super locatie

De woning bevindt zich op een super locatie. Je bent onmiddellijk in het centrum, tevens is het rustig gelegen. Het complex is zeer goed onderhouden en alles is erg netjes. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt, toch zou de woning een beetje opgefrist mogen worden. De meubels hebben hun beste tijd gehad. Het buitenterras is te klein indien je met meer dan 4 personen bent. Persoonlijk vind ik het een beetje te duur voor de woning, maar wat betreft de locatie is het echt een topper!

Très bon séjour dans une villa avec piscine privative au dernier étage et un autre piscine surplombant la plage. Magnifique vue. Très calme. Je recommande vivement

A holiday home away from home

A nice place to stay with a group of friends. Everything you need is provided with no extra fees! And a private parking place for your car is an asset too. The house is close to everything, beach shops, restaurants etc. Wi-Fi connection could be faster though, too slow to work with VPN.
