The bright summer kitchen, with its barstool-lined countertop, comes fully stocked with all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to make the perfect meal to enjoy on the glass dining room table or balcony.

As you begin to wind down, both bedrooms come with televisions, ample closet and drawer space, and windows, so that you can fall asleep to the tropical garden breezes. The master bedroom, in particular, features an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a glass-enclosed shower for maximal comfort.

The unit comes with comfort-enhancing amenities, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It also gives you beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short walk across the street to the silken sands and turquoise waters of South Beach, where the activities never end.
