The house is located in Groß Zicker, one of the most beautiful island villages on the Mönchgut peninsula and has been stylishly built taking into account the protection of monuments and nature.

The thatched roof covering and the lattice windows convey a cozy atmosphere and match the general character of the village. Each corner of the house has its own separate entrance.

Following the large parking lot in the back of the entire property, there is also a small garden with outdoor grill, garden furniture and children's swing for our guests.

The parish widow's house in Groß Zicker, built in 1723, the small harbor and the old village church with its wooden bell tower are worth seeing.

Rügen is an island for all seasons, whether a beach holiday in summer on the long sandy beaches or enjoyment in spring when the poppy fields and rapeseed are blooming, and in mild autumn with extensive hikes in one of the national parks through the yellow and red colored forests on the chalk coast ,

Many hiking rods lead through the picturesque town of Groß Zicker into the Zickers Mountains, to the villages of Gager pp. the small fishing ports, Thiessow, Klein Zicker, Alt - Reddevitz, or to the Stone Age tombs or just along the beach along the Baltic Sea.

Land and sea are closely intertwined in Mönchgut. Peninsulas, headlands and coastal ledges were connected by garland-like strips of land.

The many well-developed bike paths allow wonderful bike tours across the island. We rent bicycles and electric bikes. Fishing and sailing is possible. In Thiessow (5 km) there is a kite and surf school. Riding on the horse farm in Alt Reddevitz (5 km).
