The east-facing backyard is ideal for shade in the afternoons. Boat dock with a ladder for kids to jump off the roof into 10-14ft deep water. Bring your boat or rent one. It's a 5-minute boat ride to the dam for the smoothest water, ideal for skiing, surfing, and tubing. Incredible fishing as well!

3BR/2BA, 2,200 sq. ft. with a very functional and open floor plan. The home features wood flooring throughout and 10-foot ceilings, which makes the space feel even more spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need. Large, newly renovated master bath with walk-in shower and plenty of storage for all your suitcases and belongings while visiting. The massive outdoor deck is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Enjoy the Hammock and make some s’mores by the fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs. ***Pet friendly, but must be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to the pet policy in the House Rules section.***

We are returning guests and will definitely be back again! It’s such a beautiful, clean place to enjoy with our grown kids. The garage ping pong tournament is the perfect finishing touch to a wonderful weekend. What an incredible place to stay. The house is modern but cozy, there is so much space. The outdoor space is amazing. They have so many ways to entertain including paddle boards that my 12 year old loved. There is a wonderful doc that makes a nice place to fish or just sit and have a cup of coffee or wine and enjoy the view. I would highly recommend this place. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Though everything was so perfect we didn't even need to bother them. If I had to pick one thing that was not perfect, I would say the water pressure in master bathroom was not great but have had worse. 5 stars great place will definitely come again.

First of all the property is way better than the pictures, we brought our boat and had plenty of room to swim and fish off of the dock. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a bonus for ice and drinks, the kitchen was well stocked for all cooking needs although we grilled on the back patio most of the time. Our family of five had a great time and can't wait to return! The owners were very easy to deal with from time of booking to checkout! I highly recommend.

Spring Break Trip

This lakehouse is absolutely the best. The house is very spacious and the lay out is great! Easy in and out for my boat and the kitchen is terrific. Fished for a week with my grandkids and being on the water made is very easy to zip back to house and tie up to the dock for a quick lunch and then back at it. I will no doubt stay here every time I visit Lake Bob Sandlin.
