- 2 bunk bed sets = 2 Double beds & 2 twin beds (can sleep 6) I do not recommend guests over 150lbs use top bunks.

**Dog Policy**
- 2 dogs max
- Dogs are allowed, $70 pet fee (per pet) to be paid prior to reservation through the resolution center.
- Aggressive dogs not allowed
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Extra fees will incur if hair is found on furniture or bedding.
- Pick up after pets, fines of $25 up to $200 will be charged if pet waste is not picked up.
- DO NOT leave dogs unattended under any circumstances

-Please note that there is a separate cabin on the property that may be occupied from time to time, as well as a shared dock.
While the cabin is not part of the private home, you are welcome to use the dock for fishing, swimming, and other recreational activities.

We love sharing our peaceful lake house with guests who want to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. That said, this is a true country experience in the heart of Texas, and it’s important to come with the right expectations.

Please keep in mind:
This is lakefront living, surrounded by trees, grass, and water which means you will encounter bugs, spiders, and other local wildlife. While we take steps to manage pests, it’s impossible (and unnatural) to eliminate them entirely.

The back deck and outdoor areas are rustic and natural, offering incredible views and a more `outdoorsy` environment than what you may be used to.

- Pet rules and restrictions: Up to 2 Dogs allowed, no cats.
- Noise travels on the lake. Please refrain from playing loud music during quiet hours. Other Residential homes are nearby.
