Spacious 2 bd/2b Arcadian Dunes near Shore Drive, Ocean Annie's, golf & beach

Beautiful spacious 2 bdrm, 2 bath condo, located on the 2nd floor in Arcadian Dunes. Easy walk to beach, Ocean Annie's, River City Cafe, liquor store, & restaurants. Spend time at one of the on-site pools, picnic tables, grills, tennis court, hot tub, or playground. There's room to sleep 6 comfortably in the beds, plus an additional queen size inflatable mattress. . There's ample dining space between the breakfast bar and kitchen table. Relax on a private balcony with a book or stroll to the ocean. On-site pool, picnic tables, grills, tennis court, hot tub, and playground. Ample dining space. Balcony with seating. There is an on-site bar and grill called Harry and the Hat's. The public beach access nearby has public restrooms, so you don't have to walk back and forth to the condo. Grocery store is right up the road too. The HOA does require a parking fee, which is $20/car for stays 1 week or less (paid directly to the office on-site). The condo is spacious and feels like a home away from home, versus a hotel room. You will even find games to play for the rare rainy day! We do not allow events, pets, or smoking. $250 fine for evidence of smoking or vaping of any sort, (including the balcony) plus any fines issued to owners by the HOA. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Extra things to note:
Must be 23 years old to book.
If you are staying on the second Monday of the month, expect a knock on the door. The exterminator comes to spray. They will enter if no answer. Takes about 5 minutes.
Please refrain from hanging towels or clothes over balcony railing. You may be fined up to $40 if so.
There are directions next to the patio door on how to open the blinds. Please look for this so you don't have any issues.

Evidence of unit not being in condition as advertised must be reported on day one. We will offer a remedy but will not be offering a refund.

Great Location, Prompt Communication

This stay is in a convenient location, close by the beach, Flip Flops Bar & Grill, Wal-Mart, Tanger Outlet shopping center, & major highways. The owners were prompt in communications & professional. Thank you for the hospitality!

Wonderful condo

This is our second time in the same area but different condo. The family was very happy here. Very clean and the hosts were so accommodating! We even added on an extra day. It has everything you need. Short walk to the beach short drive to Ripken stadium and the pool was really nice to chill for the day. Supermarket a quick 3 minute drive. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

This condo is set up as our home away from home, and we would love to share it with you. It is close enough to everything to make a perfect relaxing vacation. Of course there are parking spaces but if you don't drive, you can easily get to anywhere you need to be by foot. You can walk to the beach access in about 5 min! Located in the highly sought-after Shore Drive area, what more could you ask for?

What makes this property unique

This is a semi-residential area, so it's not super busy and crazy like some parts of Myrtle Beach. We offer a washer and dryer, multiple sleeping options, and amenities you wouldn't find in a hotel. You can dig around to find extra blankets, games, a deck of cards, plenty of utensils and cookware. There's a bar and grill on-site too!
