You will also be amazed by the large private balcony which is accessed from the living room and both bedrooms. Renovated with new living room furniture, new beds, new artwork and freshly painted

You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Within minutes there is Barefoot Landing for LIVE music venues at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues, plus unlimited shopping at the unique shops of Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlet Malls. For family friendly adventures, there's fun-themed mini-golf courses, Broadway at the Beach, with amusement park rides, Ripley's Aquarium, Pelicans Baseball, Grand Prix go- carts, Myrtle Waves water slide, fine dining seafood restaurants, and more specialty shopping. Be sure to catch weekly fireworks displays all summer, up and down the beach! Arcadian Shores is the most immediate golf course, located right outside the Kingston Plantation perimeter, but there are 100's more to choose from within a half hour drive. With all this to do, you are certainly in the heart of coastal Southern Hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay in Royale Palms 1204! The condo is so spacious and exceptionally clean! The beds were very comfortable too. When we had a WiFi issue B2 was very responsive and sent a technician and upgraded equipment. It’s a side ocean view with a huge balcony and we spent a lot of time out there. We would recommend this unit and B2 to anyone!

Property was beautiful and room was nicer than others we've used at this same location. Would definitely stay here again . Only criticism is a minor one: more towels and wash cloths in the room.

My husband and I take our two daughters to Myrtle Beach almost every summer, and this was by far our favorite visit yet. Despite having been here multiple times before, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the condo we stayed in. This February was the second time we stayed at Royale Palms in Myrtle Beach. This time at the apartment 1204. We have really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, has a huge balcony with the view of the ocean, and fabulous sunsets. The two bedroom condo is very large, well furnished, with comfortable beds in both bedrooms, couches in the living, room, great dining room and well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are also very large and the entire place is well kept and very clean. Whatever we needed for a long stay was there. It truly was a home away from home for us. Thank you, Chanda and Navin, for your hospitality and being extremely responsive to ensure that our stay was very enjoyable. We loved the place.

This is our 3rd year staying at the Royale Palms thru B2Vacations. Easy check in and check out. Condo clean. The ocean view was nice. We were able to access the balcony from all rooms in the condo. (Both bedrooms and living room). Love that there is a shuttle for use and restaurant and bar at the Hilton. Would definitely recommend staying at the Royals Palms. You will not be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed your condo. Place was clean and the patio was the best place. Beds were comfortable and place was spacious. One of the patio doors is missing a lock and we communicated this and no one came to fix it, but we rigged a way to make it locked for our comfort, this was my only complaint. The owners were responsive and check in and out was simple and easy. Place was very clean!! We will return and maybe get less rain this time!

Overall, our stay was excellent. The condo was as advertised. The only issue was losing power a couple of times due to a circuit being tripped; once when running the washing machine with nothing on but a tv. We were able to reset the breaker quickly and continue with our vacation. I don’t know if it was a building problem or this individual unit.

Very nice condo and resort

We loved the condition and size of this condo. The bedrooms were enormous and the porch was also great to hang out on. The kitchen is very nice and the three very large tvs were also great. The only negative was the pool situation. One day their large pool was closed and then we got kicked out of the pool that’s connected because we didn’t have a wristband, despite 50% of that pool’s attendees not wearing wrist bands. It was never told to us that we needed a wrist band. You have to pass right through that pool and bar area and it was advertised in multiple places that we had access to all pools and the bar area. It wasn’t a pleasant way to end what was a great week otherwise. Owners were super responsive and we really liked the property despite the pool confusion.

Beach vacation

Unit was big enough for my wife, 2 children, and myself. The balcony is spacious with a view of the beach. Basic amenities were provided (bath towels, a roll of paper towel, a few trash bags, etc). Basic cooking utensils (pots, pain, silverware, cups/mugs, etc) were also provided. The property does not allow for anything to be left there at check out. Be prepared to buy/bring everything else you might need (beach towels, salt/pepper, extra trash bags, aluminum foil, etc). We enjoyed our stay. However, be advised that you will not have free access to any of the amenities that the Hilton provides its guests for free (pool, pack-and-play, etc). The listing is transparent in this regard. Also, it is a bit of a walk to get to the beach (short walk from the condo to the elevator, then through the Royale Palms lobby, then though the Hilton lobby, then past the Hilton pool), so a wagon would be advisable to carry your beach supplies. Of note, we were billed a clean up fee. One of the bar stools was noted to have a broken leg after we checked out. We never used it, so I cannot say for sure how it got broken (I doubt my toddler or 5yr old have the capacity to have hid that from my wife and I). The owner did provide us a photo of the broken stool, so I don't object to being billed for that (we cannot prove we didn't break it). We were also billed for carpet cleaning due to a stain; I was not provided photos. I recommend a brief assessment of the property condition upon arrival.

Why they chose this property

Royale Palms has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and we all enjoy the awesome sunsets covering the ocean.

It's one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
