Enjoy our newly renovated private beach apartment! Conveniently located a short drive from down town Hilo fun & the beautiful Onekahakaha Beach Park as your front yard! Other things to note… Our home has its own brackish waster pond on property. Most guests love the environment and enjoy watching the ducks that live there. If you however suffer from severe allergies or asthma, you may consider booking a "dryer" environment for your stay.

We had a view of the ocean from our air bnb. Heard frogs at night and birds in the morning! It was very enjoyable accommodations with everything that we needed!!
We enjoyed our stay, especially the location a few minutes from Hilo and directly on the beach park. Loved the geckos, frogs and sounds of rain in the night. The same things we loved will not for be enjoyable for everyone... No air conditioning means you must leave windows open and the sound of frogs at night is loud. During the day, especially on weekends, the beach park can be very busy and the sounds and smells (like charcoal BBQ smoke) may be an annoyance until the park closes. The mornings are delightful as you have the park to yourself. Access from designated parking spot in the rear of the property is not handicap accessible unless you park in the public beach lot in front, subject to open hours.
