Thanksgiving getaway

Convenient, well appointed kitchen , safe neighborhood, quite comfortable. Small downside: mattresses too thin, and beds in 2 bedrooms were too small.

Hi James, It was a pleasure having you stay. For future renters, the master bedroom has a queen bed and the other 2 bedrooms have full size beds. All mattresses were purchased brand new within 2 years. There is also a twin size mattress stored in the garage if needed for additional guests.

Clean, comfortable , well appointed home

We stayed in this house for two weeks, it was comfortable, safe and a great place to call home during our trip. The mattresses have been upgraded and are so comfortable that I'm purchasing the same matrress! The kitchen is well appointed and the layout of the home is convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed using the beach access for watching sunsets and walks on the beach. The owner Tammy is great and was helpful when we had to extend a few days. I highly recommend this home and look forward to coming back.

Great house and location

The home is very clean and new, loved the huuuge fenced in back yard. The great room was very nice to relax in, and theres an area of the large deck where you can sit outside, even if its raining. Very nice bathrooms and large outdoor shower to use after the beach. The private beach is about a 10-15 minute walk or a quick bike ride. You can also drive there and use a card key to get into the parking lot, which is provided by the owner for use. This is really great because at most beaches in East Hampton they require you to buy a seasonal parking pass, which is fairly expensive. But the private beach does not require any parking permits. There is wifi at the home and also at the beach to use. Good selection of utensils and cookware to use as well. All in all no complaints at all from our stay, we had a great time.

Springs gem

Clean and neat. The house is light and bright. Large back deck is wonderful for relaxing and eating outside. The TV room is large and comfortable. Will stay again.
