The pool table that flips into a ping pong table gets more use than almost anything else in that house, so it is good to hear it was a hit. We hear you on the check-in and check-out times. The window is what lets the team turn over a house that size properly, but it is always worth asking us in advance, since it can depend on the booking either side of yours. Glad the pool and jacuzzi got a workout too. Hope to see the group back.

Our cleaning team may have had glitches in their turnover work, but once concerns were brought to our attention, we arranged additional cleaning support. Likewise, when the pool condition was reported, our pool technician came for additional service, and we are glad it became much clearer during your stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the grill propane, towels, garage door, and outdoor area. These are important details, and we have followed up with our team to make sure the home is better checked before each arrival. As hosts, we work hard to respond promptly, address guest concerns immediately, and maintain a high standard of service.
