Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms. One features a king bed and vaulted ceilings with skylights that bring in soft natural light. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a cozy, practical setup—well suited for kids, friends, or additional guests.
The lower level includes a private bedroom with its own sitting area and en-suite bath, creating a quiet retreat that’s nicely separated from the rest of the home. A laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer is also located on this level, with laundry pods provided for convenience.

Why they chose this property
We are located next to the Seaside Pavilion, which offers weekly entertainment during the summer months. A beautiful yard of large pine tress creates a sound curtain between us and the Pavilion, allowing just a hint of beautiful music to be heard if you open the windows in the evening.
The beach is located a short 1/2 mile walk or drive away.
What makes this property unique
Located next to the Seaside Pavilion, the choice to hear the music is completely up to you! A yard of large trees creates a nice barrier between the entertainment and our home. However, grab a few chairs (provided with your stay) and head out back to sit along the edge of the grass yard and enjoy the music!
