Die Ferieanlage macht einen recht angenehmen Eindruck. Das Haus selbst wirkte in weiten Teilen schon sehr abgewohnt und schmutzig. Der Preis für die Endreinigung sehe ich auf Grund des vorgefundenen als überzogen. Im Badbereich des Erdgeschoss bedarf es einer Grundreinigung ,auch mal hinter der Waschmaschine. Der Toilettensitz sollte ebenfalls mal getauscht werden.Der Verwalter sollte nach meiner Meinung nicht nur das Geld für den Energieverbrauch eintreiben, sondern auch den Reinigungstrupp kontrollieren.

Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommenen Objekt. Heizung leider nur mit Elektroheizkörpern. Das Bad im EG riecht etwas muffig. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus mit guter Lage.
