In the summer of 2015 finished bright wooden house El Laguito is on 750 sqm large forest edge land in the immediate vicinity of the Great Kronsee with beautiful swimming area (1-2min walk through the forest). The house has a floor space of about 95 square meters. The Details: 3 bedrooms on 2 levels, 2 bathrooms, sauna, fireplace, spacious living / dining area, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, about 30 sqm wooden terrace facing southeast and southwest, TV and a library with selection of games provide cozy comfort for up to 6 people. Access to the house is via a private wooded path. There is no traffic near the house; ideal for children to romp. The forest floor around the house is due to the completion of the house still with no load; However, children may sandeln.

The beach is the most clear lake is only 50 meters. Forest paths you open up the varied landscape of Uckermark - walking, jogging or cycling you can away from the terrace here. A narrow, but well asphalted road begins just 100 meters away and is ideal for skaters or road cyclists. The village belongs to Rutenberg 'Rafter Lychen city', which has supermarkets, restaurants, boat and bicycle rentals within 5 km distance.

Lage top, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Tolle Ausstattung des Ferienhauses. Schon etwas abgewohnt aber i.O. Fliegenvorhang an der Terrassentür wäre gut ….und Feuermachen im Kaminofen bitte nur mit Helm.

Flucht aus Berlin - ein paar entspannte Tage über Silvester

Wir waren mal wieder in diesem hervorragend gelegenen und ausgestatteten Ferienhaus und konnten dem Grosstadttrubel zum Jahreswechsel entfliehen. Wir haben direkt vom Haus weg mehrere schöne Wanderungen/Spaziergänge unternommen. Der See ist fußläufig so nah, dass wir am Neujahrstag nach der Sauna (Platz für maximal 4 Personen - Aufgüsse sind vorhanden!) direkt hinein gesprungen sind. Bitterkalt und wunderschön. Um so einladender ist danach der brennende Kamin. Besonders gut gefällt uns der große, freie und durch die Glasfront sehr helle Ess- und Wohnbereich. Erwähnenswert ist außerdem die sehr gute Küchenausstattung: viele und scharfe Messer, Mixer, Toaster, diverse Espressokaennchen, Sandwichmaker, Handrührgerät usw. usw. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schönes Haus mit Mängeln

Ein sehr schönes Haus in Traumlage, was leider nicht gepflegt wird. Angefangen von mangelnder Sauberkeit, über defekte Fliegenfenster, schwarze Fugen in den Duschen oder schlechte Sitzmöbel im Außenbereich. Da sollte der Eigentümer schnellstens was ändern!

Schönes Haus am See

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in El Laguito sehr genossen. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, die Betten sind gut, es gibt einen schönen Kaminofen und eine gute Sauna. Das Haus hat zwar keinen direkten Seeblick, der See ist aber wirklich in max. einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen und hat wunderbares klares Wasser. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schönes Haus gerne wieder

Alles in allem ein super Ferienhaus und entsprechend der Objektbeschreibung -Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche (viele Küchengeräte, Gläser und Teller, Besteck, Auflaufformen, Gewürze) -das Klavier als Zentrum des Hauses wurde viel genutzt, da es auch gut gestimmt war -die Sauna ist super und eine gute Auswahl an Aufguss-Ölen -viele Spiele für Groß und Klein (unter anderem Siedler von Catan) -Lage ist sehr ruhig -nette Betreuung durch Familie Witthuhn - SmartTV recht klein, aber ausreichend, da man genug andere Dinge zu tun hat :) Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden könnten: - mehr als ein Küchenhandtuch zur Verfügung stellen - ein Handtuch mehr im dazugebuchten Handtuchset (es gab nur ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch, was für Saunagänge etwas knapp bemessen ist) Ansonsten vielen Dank, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Rückzug mit der Familie

Anlässlich meines Geburtstages war ich mit meiner Familie dort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus, das alle Annehmlichkeiten bietet. Die Zurückgezogenheit hat uns richtig gut getan. Sauna und ein anschließendes Bad im nahe gelegenen See waren toll.

Geräumig, hell, ruhig, gemütlich

Wir hatten einen schönen, ruhigen Aufenthalt zu fünft. Das Haus hat eine freundliche Atmosphäre und ist bestens ausgestattet - insbesondere die Küche. Highlights sind z. B. Sauna, Kamin und Klavier. Die Umgebung lädt zu Spaziergängen ein, im Sommer kann man sicher schön baden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und zur Verwalterin vor Ort war freundlich und unkompliziert.

Schönes Weekend-Getaway

Tolle Lage im Pinienwald und nur ein paar Schritte vom See entfernt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr hell und geräumig, hat auch für uns als Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen gut funktioniert. Die Sauna ist klein, man geht also eher in kleinen Gruppen. Die Sofaecke ist leider etwas spärlich, könnte größer und gemütlicher sein. Check-Out um 10 ist etwas früh, wenn man ein entspanntes Wochenende verbringen will.
