About this property

Cozy one bedroom one bathroom ground floor unit in the popular Kona Isle complex, a peaceful, ocean front gem with beautifully landscaped grounds. The property offers a solar heated swimming pool near the ocean surrounded by lounge chairs and tables, an ocean front beach BBQ area with picnic tables to enjoy dinner with the spectacular sunsets underneath the coconut palms. Just steps away you can enjoy the famous Rivi's Salt Water Pool.

The living area is equipped with a brand new sleeper sofa with queen size memory foam mattress. Ceiling fans in every room keeping the condo cool comfortable. A/C unit is available for the rare hot day! The kitchen is equipped with a full sized oven with cooktop, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker plus a washer and dryer in the unit. Other amenities include a 55 inch 4K smart TV, Spectrum cable TV with high speed WiFi. A/C in living room and reverse osmosis alkaline water purifier in the kitchen.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the private lanai while you admire the many colorful birds who stop by each morning, or just the breathtaking views from anywhere.

Outdoor equipment includes beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler bag, boogie board and snorkeling equipment.

Close to Magic Sands beach and one mile from Kona town with many restaurants, bars and local shopping. There is even a well stocked convenience store just outside the complex on Alii drive!

Everything was fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at this unit. Monica’s and Michael’s place is very nicely decorated and gives you a refreshing holiday mood. Everything in the unit was super clean and neat. Every possibly thinkable appliance is available and modern. They have a cooler bag and beach chairs and umbrella which is super handy. The lanai/veranda is awesome. You can sit there in the evening having a drink, watch the moon, sky and the palms in the background …and listen to the ocean. We also used the BBQ pits regularly to make our own fish tacos. Overall, we highly recommend this property and hope to come back again! Thank you!!

Great location!

Quite location, the property is non-smoking which is a plus for us. Nice area to BBQ while watching the sunset as well!. The property had everything you need! The saline pool is a plus!

Great Gem in Kona

My husband and I recently stayed here for a little babymoon getaway and were very pleased with the place. It is well stocked across the board and offers a comfortable home base for all day adventuring around Kona. The bed is actually a good quality mattress and this may be the first time we have EVER stayed in a vacation rental that had sharp, very useable knives! Major bonus points for that, as we cooked every night at the apartment. The Kona Isle also offers a fantastic pool and beautiful beachside lounging and picnic/bbq options. Overall, a great place to stay and would definitely book again.
