Please be aware there may be construction noise (during Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) and other impacts if your dates fall in that range**. Rates have been greatly adjusted & reduced for this reason. Balconies may be closed at times.
Pool is not expected to be impacted. Beach access from condo is open.

PRIVATE AND CLEAN CONDO ~ Your condo is located on a private area of the beach, but within walking distance to the Boardwalk. The large wrap around balcony is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. The balcony extends to a spacious patio providing a wonderful view of the ocean, pool and sun deck. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, complete with all linens. The unit has 2 full bathrooms one with a tub and shower, master has large walk in shower. The building has a beautiful private pool with chairs overlooking the ocean, indoor sauna and exercise room. Your charming condominium is in a secured building, monitored 24 hours and includes a private underground garage for parking.
