Nothing but relax at this cozy townhome on 2 acres, futures 4 BR and 3 bath, with a fenced area for dogs to hangout (dogs 20lbs or under only), heated pool, hot tub, sauna, TV room, and game room
Located between Shawnee and Camelback Mountain, you'll have prime access to all the best of the Poconos. Enjoy access to year-round adventure with world-class snow sports during the winter and fishing, hiking, and brewery/vineyard/distillery tours throughout the warmer months.
Excellent large property with a heated pool and pool area to relax, a large firepit area, detached screened house with a dining table, TV, Hot-Tub, and Sauna. 4 BR all on the first floor with a nice size living room, dining room, and nicely renovated kitchen.
Master bedroom has its own bath, electric fireplace, TV, King size bed, crib, and pullout sofa, 2nd BR has a queen bed with a $10000 Hypnos mattress on it, electric fireplace, and TV, 3rd BR has bunk bed twin over full, 4th BR has a queen bed, TV, PS4, there is also a place to sleep in the basement in case there is a must Free WiFi
The hot tub is open throughout the year except for extreme weather conditions in the winter.
The heating element cannot keep up if the weather gets below 24 degrees.
