Features a pool table, indoor sauna, bar area (complete with a spare refrigerator, wine cooler, and 4 bar chairs), PS3, board games, foosball, and a family room with a cozy sofa pull-out bed. It walks right out to the lake!
- Open-Concept Upstairs Living: The main level features a living room with a smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player, a dining area with a high chair, and a top-of-the-line, fully stocked kitchen ready to cook for large groups.
- Hassle-Free Comfort: A professional cleaning crew ensures everything is pristine for your arrival, with beds freshly made and clean towels provided. We supply soaps, shampoo, trash bags, paper products, extra sheets and blankets, and firewood for your ultimate convenience.

Upper Level:
- Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed with Apple TV, plus a portable crib with a crib mattress.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
- Bedroom 3: Full-over-Full bunk bed with a full pull-out trundle.
- Bathroom: Full hallway bathroom with a tub.
- Living & Dining: Open-flow kitchen, dining table, smart TV, and Blu-ray DVD player.

Lower Level (Wheelchair Accessible):
- Bedroom 4: King bed.
- Bedroom 5: Full-over-Full bunk bed.
- Bathroom: Full hallway bathroom.
- Game & Family Room: Pool table, sauna, PS3, bar area, games, and a full pull-out sofa mattress.


COMMUNITY POOL & BEACH AMENITIES

In addition to your private backyard beach, take advantage of the community amenities:
- Pool Season: Opens Memorial Day weekend, operates on weekends through June 23rd, then daily until Labor Day (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, weather permitting).
- Access: Wristbands are $5.00 per person, per day (Ages 2 and up). Purchased at the pool complex (cash only) or office (card only).
- Safety Note: Swim at your own risk (no lifeguards on duty). Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

- Hot Tub Fee: $150 per stay.


GUEST SAFETY & NEIGHBOR CONSIDERATION

Please respect our home and neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable, especially with large parties.
- Security Disclosure: Properties may include a front exterior camera and/or noise alert monitoring system. Noise monitors measure sound levels (decibels) only and cannot capture private conversations. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools, spas, or the interior of the house.
