Thank you for your kind review. Yes, we are on 58 acres located on the scenic Tennessee River's beautiful Kentucky Lake in western Tennessee. We do have a marina, campground, resort, mobile home park and swimming pool on our lakeside recreational complex. Ya''ll come back now, you hear!!!!
Everyone was so nice. From the check-in process to the marina. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was so nice to relax and hang out with our friends. Thank you.
It was very nice and roomy. We had 8 people and we still had room to spread out. The only thing that was bad was the satellite wasn't working. We were able to get a DVD player. We had a fun and relaxing visit.

Thank you for staying with us. Yes, the DISH NETWORK has been having satellite problems and since we are in a remote area, that is our only TV source. I am happy that a DVD worked out Please come again and we will bonus you with a day use of a pontoon boat out on Kentucky Lake for a day ($ 350value plus taxes. You would only have to pay would be the gasoline. Of course, based on availability and book the reservation with me personally, Bob Keast,2nd Generation Family owner since 1961. "Our business is YOUR PLEASURE"
Office staff was pleasant and accommodating. We needed another outdoor table and received one in a timely manner. We rented a pontoon and the staff at the boat dock were super nice. Everyone made our stay a very pleasant one. We would return and recommend it to our friends and family.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Come back anytime.
Bob and his crew were so welcoming and accommodating for our family reunion. Off the beaten path, but close to everything we needed. Surprisingly quiet given how active it was during the day. There's just something about spending time at the lake that makes all your problems disappear. Felt good to get off the grid a bit and spend time with those you love. :)
I was expecting a cabin and it was a trailer. The view of the water was blocked by tents and other campers. I was told the extra key for the trailer was never returned by the previous guest, that was cause for concern for me. The owner was loud and bossy to the staff. Pearl farm hours of operation were not as advertised.
Great location! This was a great place to just get away and enjoy the lake. Staff was friendly and helpful. The extra amenities made it even more fun. We rented a boat and spent a day out on the lake fishing and swimming. The property was equipped with just about everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A few things that were missing were paper towels, dish soap, trash bags. And only one burner on the stove worked, it was a good thing that we brought a portable burner and electric griddle. I had originally booked a larger unit but the host called me wanting to down grade us to a smaller unit. I accepted but was unaware of how many of our guests would actually show up. I wish I would of kept the larger unit but we made the most out of it! I would definitely book again.
