A perfectly pristine Beach overlooking a private island awaits you! A vacation dream. We are a Gem of the State known as the only Pearl Farming area in America.
Positioned off I-40 centered only 1 hour from Nashville before Memphis.

*Boat friendly with outdoor outlets for charging plenty of parking for boats and trailers with circle drive and there are several boat ramps easily accessible.
*Cornhole game, Horseshoes and plenty of activities to do.
*Cozy home offering a comfortable environment

Gradual decline to water, at the water's edge, the rock is flat with shallow entry. There are many different spots for you to enjoy at different times of the day. The memories that will be made are endless.
Guest access
You have access to the entire cottage, the surrounding property, deck, screened porch, picnic area, private parking and lakefront beach.
Laundry Room contains supplies for the host and is kept in lockable cabinet.
Other things to note
At the cottage entrance there is an outdoor security camera for the safety and security of our guest and the premises. The camera doesn't interfere with the privacy of our guests.
