* Only families/couples* Villa Tonoz is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with panoramic Yahşi view, private pool and hot tub/Jacuzzi (heated, please read house rules for additional per day cost for heating), beach dedicated for the compound, bar and garden. This pleasant option offered only for the families or couples who are looking for a vacation rental in Bodrum. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main building duplex, and a 4th bedroom with bathroom with a separate entrance downstairs.

Other things to note:
1- Dedicated beach access with sunbeds is available (limited quantity per villa).

2- Main pool heater: Additional fee shall apply if the guest wants pool heater to be activated due to the extra electricity fees - 40$ fixed + 20$/day for heated days to apply.

3- Lounge pool heater: Additional fee shall apply if the guest wants lounge pool heater to be activated due to the extra electricity fees - 40$ fixed + 20$/day for heated days to apply.

If both heaters required to be turned on, 70$ fixed + 35$/day for heated days to apply. (Fixed amount is required because heater need to be turned on 2 days in advance to reach required temperature.)
