Access to Colorado river, city park, casino's, ATV trails, restaurants, all with-in blocks or short drive. Super Walmart with-in a mile. Beautiful sunsets off large back concrete patio. Early morning hear the birds sing in the trees and pond at back of the property.

Great Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and plan on staying here again in the future. Location is great about 20 minutes from the lake and 20 minutes from the river. Close to food and grocery stores, host was very helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Thanks again!

Family Vacation

We all loved this place. Very comfortable and close to lake Mohave and Laughlin. Owner was easy to contact and quickly fixed a problem w the refrigerator. I would highly recommend to family and friends

Lots of open space for a large group. Kitchen has space and nice appliances. A more complete and organized amount of kitchen items would have made cooking easier.

We took a week get away. We really enjoyed this place. It was very clean and was well stocked with everything you might need. It is very spacious and spread out . Could have a group and still be very comfortable. Thank you. We hope to come again.

Great stay!

The home was great. Very spacious! We enjoyed ourselves.We would certainly stay there again.There is a couple of small things that would make it better.The shower head in the master bathroom should be replaced. It shoots water in all directions. To get hot water in the master bathroom sinks, it must run for LONG periods of time. Possibly a circulating pump.

The only “problem “ we had is that the owner of the unit attached did renovation work 5 times during our stay. I say “problem “ because he was working between the hours of 2 and 5 AM and the noise could be heard . I would say make a note on the information page. It’s entirely possible that the owner of our Vrbo was not aware of renovations next door. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Great house for large family!

The house has a very open floor plan and is perfect for a large family. When you drive up, don't get worried. This is a hidden gem! When you walk in, it is amazing and so comfortable. Class Act!! Hope to go back next year!

House was very nice and roomy. Had enough room for our family as well as our sons and his family. Neighborhood was quiet. About ten miles to casinos and 15 to Kathryn’s landing.

2022 Family Trip

Nice spacious house that met all of our needs for 9 people and a pet. We had a storm come in and knock out the power all night so recommendation to store extra candles, flashlights, etc.

We traveled with our parents and two kids and we loved the home. It was beautiful and nice and cool and plenty close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here aagain.

Awesome Stay

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had a blast. Great location, less than 20 min minutes to Laughlin and the casinos, about 30 minutes to the launch ramps in needles. Very spacious living room and common area, the bedrooms are larger than the photos show which was great and being on a golf course having your own patio was incredible. Communication with the host was on point, answered all of our questions quickly. We all loved this property and plan on staying here again
