The perfect place to unwind and relax during your next beach getaway! With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our spacious and comfortable house can accommodate up to 8 guests, and we happily welcome furry friends as well, as our property is pet-friendly.



The modern and elegant décor that permeates the entire property will be obvious as soon as you walk in. With cozy seats and a big flat-screen TV for entertainment, the living space is cozy and ideal for relaxing with your loved ones. The spacious kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare a tasty meal, including stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and plenty of counter space, is perfectly integrated into the open-plan living room.



The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, dressed in premium linens and soft pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for kids or young adults, with sturdy bunk beds that can sleep up to 4 guests. All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with modern decor and provide plenty of storage space.



One of the best features of our vacation rental home is the fully fenced backyard, which offers complete privacy and a safe space for your furry friend to play. There's also a lovely outdoor seating area with a grill where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.



Our property is conveniently located just a short drive away from the pristine beaches of Perdido Key, where you can sunbathe, swim, or engage in a variety of exciting water sports. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the local area and soak up the beach vibes.

This house was beautiful and had everything you need. It was perfect for our family of 6 and 2 fur babies. We loved the house and fenced in backyard for privacy. It was close to groceries and not a car drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was great. The neighbors were quiet. I have one suggestion in the master bathroom have a handle installed in the shower for older people to hold onto for balance. We all had an enjoyable stay.

Pensacola Christmas

The pictures provided were very accurate for this VRBO. It was clean, well appointed and quiet. The Kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our senior pup- the ground is a bit uneven here and there so if you have a senior pup just beware. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to my family and friends if traveling to the Pensacola area.

Happy New Year getaway

The property was clean upon arrival and is a great location between Pensacola and Perdido. Get your seafood at Joe Patti’s for the stay and cook in the well appointed kitchen. Be sure to make a stop at Jaco’s for lunch or dinner in Pensacola which is also a great sunset location. Johnson’s beach state park is only a 10 minute drive and after a day at the beach, go to Hub Stacey’s for a sunset view. The only critique I would make after having stayed at this property twice is the outdoor furniture could be upgraded.

Cozy and Clean Vaca House

We needed a home near family in Pensacola to attend a funeral. This rental was pet friendly (nice fenced in backyard for the pups), clean, well-furnished and decorated. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The home is exactly as it appeared on the rental ad and I would highly recommend. I needed to get in touch with the property manager and their response was almost immediate. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great location, beautiful house

We visit the area every summer (have family nearby) and out of all of the places we've stayed, this house has been one of our favorites. Everything we needed was provided - dishes, utensils in the kitchen, throw blankets, comfy, deep couches, tvs, etc. The location was wonderful, close to our favorite grocery store and minutes from the beach. Our family of 7 (kids 2-17) had plenty of space to spread out and hang out. The house was spotless when we arrived and brooms, vacuums, etc were provided so that it was easy for us to keep it clean. Highly recommend it!

Just like home!

This home was so similar in decorations and color scheme to our home it was bizarre! It was like we lived there all along. That said, the property and the home was great for us and our fur baby! Close to everything. We enjoyed hiking in the park and taking our fur baby to the dog park right down the road to play on the beach. Thank you for sharing your home!

Sunny Daze Vacation

The Sunny Daze Home was perfect. Located just minutes away from Johnson Beach, Blue Lagoon State Park, as well as the Naval Air Station, Sunny Daze is definitely an ideal location for a family vacation. The owners of the Sunny Daze Property spared no effort in making this property the perfect getaway for entertainment for the entire family, including our four legged family members. The backyard is fully fenced in which is perfect for being able to go out and enjoy the sun, as well as feel comforted that the pets are safe and secure. I highly recommend the Sunny Daze Home for family getaways. If your looking to vacation and find this home available, Book it!

Exceptionally clean

House was exceptionally clean! It was very spacious and our family of 5 had plenty of space. Each bathroom, bedroom, even laundry room was big. It was a very quick drive to Johnson beach and was a good central location if you want to go to various beaches like we did. The neighborhood seemed somewhat random...it's a culdesac with rental houses, mobile homes, a business. But it was very quiet and the garage access was nice to have. A gas station and grocery store were within 2 minutes. I would book again. Thank you!

Perfect dog friendly location and space

The house was all it was sold to be. Clean. Updated and modern. Spacious. All the necessary amenities and then some. VERY dog-centric… down to (high and secure) fenced yard, extra dog dishes, and even elevated dog beds for outdoors. Cristian and team were super responsive when I had questions. Would 100% come back to this space. PS…dog park and beach very close by as well! Thank you all so very much for giving responsible pet owners a clean, safe, and beautiful location to enjoy vacation with our their fur babes.
