This warm, cozy home is centrally located in Boise, near Meridian & Eagle. Fully renovated, with comfy new mattresses and bedding. Large 55" TV in the family room and 32" TV in master are brand new Roku smart TVs. Backyard has a dining area, gas firepit, 6 person hot tub, and hammock.
Close to the Village and easy access to downtown. Next door is the elementary school with a big playground. Garage not available for use, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and gravel pad.
