This Condo sleeps 6, has a Master Bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, walk in closet, double sink full Shower/ Tub combo bathroom.. There are 2 additional Guest bedrooms with mountain views. Guest room One has 1 Queen bed, Guest Bed Two has 2 twin beds.
A fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking and entertainment needs, living room, dining room, and laundry room.

The backyard is ready for Happy Hour, as you take in the beautiful Mountain Sunset Views. The patio is all set with a BBQ, and Patio furniture, layout chairs, dining etc for Bistro nights under the stars.
There are Tennis/Pickle ball courts on the grounds and 4 pools. This community is centrally located and a short walk/bike ride to Starbucks, Bristol farms, Albertsons, Sherman's Deli, Morton's, the JW Marriot, and a stones throw to the deserts favorite dining spots! A few minutes to El Paseo, Aqua Caliente Casino, the River walk, Whole foods, Target, The Nest and in the Midst of Golf Heaven, and just 20 minute's to Downtown Palm Springs.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please make sure all windows, doors, garage are locked. Make sure AC is off. Make sure all light switches are off.

Please strip all beds, and leave on floor of each room. Please put all dirty used towels in washer/ laundry for the house cleaner to attend.

Please empty all trash bins, and dispose into the trash bin on the side of the house. Includes refrigerator. If checking out on a Monday or Tuesday please bring trash bin to front of the driveway.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Parking- Please park vehicles in Garage, or guest parking, temporarily can park in driveway but not overnight parking. Smoking allowed on patio only

Communal Pool-8am-10pm No loud Noise/Music No glass No Nudity Pool toys ok as long as no interference with other guest Leave furniture as found

Tennis/ pickleball area for those games only. All bikes, toys, floats etc. to be kept in the garage when not in play. No drying towels over walls.

A great time!, at a very relaxing home.

The check-in was very smooth. Set up of the house was nice. Everyone was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool room was very chill and cozy. Great value would totally stay again.

We had a great time @ Jasmine’s house. It was very clean, well furnished, great yard, perfect location. Jessica was a wonderful host & very responsive. We definitely recommend this great condo.

Best location ever

For us, this location was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The property was just as described and pictures are accurate. We had a tough time getting out of bed in the morning because they were so comfortable! The kitchen is very well stocked and easy to work in. The inclement weather had us indoors in the evening this year where we enjoyed a beautiful living room and fireplace. Jasmine was wonderful to deal with and we look forward to returning! Thank you Jasmine!
