Studio under the roof
The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near S-Bahn station Parkstraße (after Warnemünde 20 min).
It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Wald and the Lindenpark. Uni, Ostseestadion and Stadthalle within walking distance!
There are plenty of shops and the scene district KTV is 10 minutes on foot.
The attic was completely new, converted into a chic, small studio "only" for guests and newly furnished. From the dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and new LED TV and DVD player, everything is there what you need for a nice stay. But note the maximum ceiling height of 2.10 m and the correspondingly sloping roof sides with exposed beams on one side. If you are not careful, your head bumps especially in the bathroom. So look closely at the pictures if that's for you.

Schöne gemütliche Dachgeschoßwohnung für 2
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wohnlich eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und steht bei Fragen per WhatsApp jederzeit zur Verfügung. In ca. 500m Entfernung befindet sich ein Supermarkt und die Öffis sind auch gleich ums Eck. Ideal um Rostock und die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, mit allem was man braucht. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir werden wiederkommen.
Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem hat man Straßenbahn und S-Bahn fußläufig gleich um die Ecke. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Bei Fragen war Herr Niemann immer hilfsbereit und antwortete schnell. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles war wie beschrieben. In die Innenstadt braucht man circa 15 min zu Fuß.

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage (Straßenbahn, S-Bahn und ein Restaurant in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen). Nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Sehr schöne Dachgeschosswohnung
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, man kann das Auto direkt vor der stehen lassen. Die Innenstadt ist auch gut zu Fuß innerhalb einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist Alles da, was man braucht. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit. Aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Stilvolle, ruhige, sehr schöne Wohnung
Die frisch ausgebaute Dachgeschosswohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnviertel mit bester Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Der Loft-Charakter lässt sofort Behaglichkeit aufkommen; Küche, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind in hellstes Licht getaucht, wie auch das Bad nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht; technisch ist alles auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und heimelig. Der Gastgeber hat einen sehr netten Empfang bereitet - wo bekommt man schon einen frischen Blumenstrauß nebst lokalem Getränk "überreicht". Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu jeder Zeit sehr genossen!
