Enjoy your holiday right on the Warnemünde promenade, at the Möwe Beach House, just a few metres from the Baltic Sea. All apartments offer a side view of the Baltic Sea. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

The elegant two-room La Paloma holiday apartment on the ground floor is approximately 54 square metres in size, designed for two people, and fully equipped with laminate flooring, a bathroom, and a kitchen with granite worktops. The cosy, sunny living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a radio/CD/DVD player, as well as free Wi-Fi. The bedroom features a double bed. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a shower stall, and a hair dryer. On the sunny, quiet south-facing balcony, you can relax and enjoy a good glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a cosy dining area. There is an lift in the building. The holiday apartment is reserved for non-smokers; pets are not allowed.
A free parking space is available in the multi-level car park right next to the building (max. car height 1.65 m).

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
