The comfortable holiday home "Calypso I" built in 2005 offers space for 6-8 people. Living space 110m² on two levels.

You can end an eventful day with a barbecue on the covered terrace in summer, and spend a cozy evening by the fireplace in winter.

It is located on a separate, 600m² large, enclosed natural site, in one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Polish Baltic Sea coast, only approx. 400 m from the beach and the town center.

Ground floor: Large living / dining area with fireplace and open kitchen, panoramic window and exit to the terrace, bathroom with toilet.
Equipment: 42 inch LED TV / TV SAT; Radio-CD-MP3; Dishwasher, gas stove, oven, 70l freezer, fridge, microwave with grill, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, pots, dishes etc.

1st floor: shower / toilet; three bedrooms

Gas heating / winterproof; 1 high chair, garden furniture and grill; Children's playground with double swing; Parking space on the property, WiFi

Toller urlaub!

Die unterkunft war wirklich toll! Probleme mit dem wlan wurden dank der freundlichen kommunikation umgehend gelöst. Anzumerken wäre das für 8 personen noch eine couch wünschenswert ist um abends gemütlich vor dem fernseher zu sitzen. Die ausstattung in der küche für die anzahl der leute sollte überprüft werden z.bsp. eierbecher, kleines abtropfsieb, anzahl tiefen teller. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus

Für unseren Sohn (fast 2Jahre) war das eingezäunte Grundstück mit Schaukel und Rutsche super. Waldfeeling inklusive. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Das Haus ist richtig schön, modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

Die Häuser sind sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung deckt alles ab, was man so braucht und auch mit kleinem Kind ist man hier gut aufgehoben! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich ausgezeichnet um alles.

Klasse Urlaub in naturnaher Lage

Wir waren angenehm überrascht über die gute und freundliche Betreuung. Autos und Fahrräder hatten sichere Stellplätze. Wunderbarer Garten mit Grill und Liegestühlen. Gute Ausstattung des Hauses Calypso 1. Wir waren 14 Tage mit 6 Personen. 3 separate Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder sowie großer Küchenwohnbereich und Terrasse. Für längere Aufenthalte wäre eine Waschmaschine wünschenswert. Wir erhielten viele wertvolle Tipps vom Vermieter und bedanken uns für die freundliche Aufnahme. Mit den Fahrrädern war auch die Entfernung zum Strand keine Hürde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Kioske waren reichlich vorhanden. Gute Busverbindungen nach Kohlberg und Swinemünde.

Vollkommen zufrieden! Empfehlenswert!

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit gepflegten Grundstück, welches sehr zentral im Ort liegt. Nur jeweils wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und zum Essen. Spielmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden, sowohl auf dem Grundstück als auch auf einem großen Freizeitkomplex (Volleyball, Fussball, Tennis, Spielplatz, etc.) in der Nähe. Kontakt zum Vermieter war super, es gab auch den einen oder anderen Tip zur Freizeitgestaltung oder für gute Restaurants. Für größere Gruppen aufjeden Fall zu empfehlen! Wir waren völligst zufrieden! :)
