Beautiful suburban area, you will enjoy walking around the neighborhood and exploring in National Wildlife Refuge which is cross the street. The refuge is a unique retreat to nature nestled between the Columbia River and the town of Ridgefield, it has also become popular " Close-to-home" destinations to enjoy outdoor recreation. a few great wineries are just minutes away. What makes this property unique
This house is in the middle of Oasis, with National Wildlife Refuge across the street, a few wonderful wineries, large casino, Amphitheater are minutes away, we really enjoy this little cottage every time when we stay here, we make sure it's always well stocked, so you can just bring your clothes and food come here to stay comfortably whether it's long term or short term. However we do have a tenant in the next door detached unit, however the backyard is fully fenced from it.
