You have found it! Our place is the perfect island vacation. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a honeymoon destination or just a cozy place to relax and enjoy the beach and amazing sunsets, this is the place. We are located directly on a private beach with rare, hard to find, panoramic views in all directions of the beach, Gulf of America and the sunset. You'll enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf from inside the condo and on the covered, open porch. Spend your day hanging out at the beach directly in front of your condo watching the waves roll in. Watch the beautiful sunset every evening while relaxing on your porch or while having a romantic sunset dinner inside. Several restaurants, live music every night, and shopping are all within walking distance, including Magnolias on the Bay, which is right across the street that serves lunch and dinner.

The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Enjoy keyless and easy entry. Our condo is on the second floor and does require walking up a few steps. Beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. Free Cable TV and free WIFI are included as well.

Our condo is updated with high quality bathrooms and kitchen.

It sleeps 2 and has two full bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Free and easy parking for 2 cars.

We do allow children and 1 dog. We do not allow additional guests, either overnight or at the beach.

If you don't see your dates available or need more space for a larger group of people, we also own the condo directly above this one, also with direct beach location/Gulf view and access, and it may be available. That property ID number is 2904004.

PLEASE NOTE: Our building is the only true beachfront in our complex of three buildings with direct views of the Gulf and beach inside the condo and on the porch.

The other two buildings in the complex are situated on the road and in the middle of the complex and require a short walk to the beach.

If you're looking for a place to sit on your porch and enjoy the sunset or watch the waves roll in, our building is the only one that has that luxury in our complex.
