Villa for rent in Club Patara holiday village

Our villa is 150m2 and has two floors. The upper floors have doors with ceilings and floors in antique beautiful cedar wood suitable for the Mediterranean climate. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and each room has its own bathroom and toilet. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed, the second has a medium size double bed, and the other bedroom has a single bed. In addition, one of the sofas in the living room can be converted into a double person bed if needed. The rooms are large and spacious, some with nature views and some with sea views, air conditioning in each room. Downstairs there is a free-standing and open kitchen, with kitchenware that can meet most of your needs and a microwave oven for quick heating. A barbecue grill is also available on the patio. In the ground floor area there are dining table for 6 people, TV + DVD player, stone fireplace, visually relaxing atmosphere of the antique music cabinet invites you to relax in the evenings, whether by watching TV or listening to music. Wi-Fi is available and its password is written in a visible place. There is also a sink and WC downstairs. You can sit on the swing and enjoy the view of the sea and the gulf through the palm trees on our veranda, which can be accessed from the ground area and the kitchen, or you start the barbecue preparations.

Wonderful holiday

The villa and resort were all we could have wished for and more. Only a cheap £2 taxi into town. The water front and swimming access was fantastic. We would highly recommend. 5star.

Fab stay in Kalkan

We spent 10 great days here in May. Olcay could not have been more helpful. All communication was prompt, friendly and informative. The villa is lovely. Very well appointed and cared for. There are a lot of steps down to the hotel/pool/waterfront but for us this was fine. A 30 mins (mostly level) walk gets you into the heart of Kalkan where you are spoilt for choice for places to eat, drink and shop. Easy to get a taxi though if you prefer. Would definitely return if we get the chance.

Lovely villa with everything you need!

We stayed 10 days at the villa. It was like moving into a lovely home for your holiday. Absolutely everything you need and more. Very convenient each of us having our own bathroom, the supermarket right across the road, and the pool and sea very close by. Lovely view from the patio. If you're hungry by the pool, there's a restaurant. There area lotof stairs to get to the pool, but there was a shuttle bus running every 15mins. Parking was easy if you hire a car. The host was helpful when we needed assistance with something and was also very generous in letting us have a late check out on our last day which was very helpful and very much appreciated. AAll in all a great property. whichelpfuappreciated.

After traveling many times in Turkey with my husband our hearts we left our hearts in Kalkan. This is how we met Club Patara Houses. For now we can't live as much as we wish in Kalkan as my children are still studying in Istanbul. That is why we would like you to enjoy the beauties of Kalkan as we do. I hope you will fall in love with Club Patara and as we did.

It is a great advantage that Club Patara holiday village, located at the seafront, has its own beach and free use of sun loungers and pools on the beach. In addition, you, our guests, as well as our members, will benefit from a 25% discount from the Club facilities.
It is a site with 24-hour security and only residents can enter. Our guests have parking facilities. It is 120 km from Dalaman airport and can be reached by renting a car, taxi or public transportation. It is a 10-minute walk from the center of Kalkan, and you can reach the holiday resorts across the bay or Kalkan town in a short time with the sea taxi on our site.

What makes this property unique

In Club Patara, there are stylish and high quality restaurants offering various options from snacks to international cuisine, and a bar serving on the beach.
A gym, spa, tennis courts and volleyball courts are also available. There are also diving and water sports. There are 3 pools by the sea, one of which is filled with sea water and the other is for children and fresh water. There is also a small indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna and massage service in the facility.
