Upon entering Serenity Villa, you are instantly presented with spectacular sea views framed in the large floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. Serenity is luxuriously appointed throughout with a large, open plan, split level living area and new, modern, sleek, porcelain topped kitchen. The contemporary, open plan living area opens out to the beautiful marble patio with large HEATED* infinity pool and Jacuzzi, perfect for the early and late season months when the weather is hot but the pool would be cold! Outside, we have various seating and sunbathing areas for sun all day as well as shaded areas and a full sized table tennis table - in the shade! Serenity is designed over 3 floors with air conditioning throughout and sea view balconies to each bedroom. Each bedroom is designed with luxurious en suite wet-room showers, additionally the master bedroom has a free-standing, contemporary bath overlooking both bays. We provide a luxury welcome pack, water cooler and fresh bread delivered each morning. Towels for bathrooms and beach are provided and we have a full clean and linen change mid and end of your weekly stays.c

The villa was exceptional - we stayed for 10 days and cleaners came in twice. The pool was cleaned everyday and fresh bread was delivered every morning. The view from the villa was beautiful and although it’s an uphill walk back from the town, there are Taxis that are cheap and the people of Kalkan are so kind, friendly, and helpful. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back!! I would definitely recommend this villa and host

What an amazing Villa! It suited us so well, three gorgeous bedrooms with their own bathroom. Views incredible and we so appreciated the fresh bread delivered each morning. This Villa is such high quality, probably the nicest place we have ever stayed. We miss the pool so much. Would love to return and can recommend 100%

10/10 Villa SerenityFrom the first question/query regarding our booking we received great assistance and prompt responses from the owner.This was not our first visit to Kalkan and we have stayed in a few lovely villas but we all agreed that Serenity was our favourite so far! The hill up was steep but totally worth it for the stunning views from the property. The villa was immaculate when we arrived. Very well equipped, didn’t have to put the dishwasher on or wash up because we all had a drink of orange juice in the morning and ran out of glasses for the rest of the day. All the extras ie. Tea bags, sugar, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, bin bags really made a difference. The welcome pack was full of practical bits and some treats that you need as soon as you arrive which again was greatly appreciated. The daily fresh bread delivery was also a lovely touch. All in all we had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend Serenity villa to family and friends.

Our week in Kalkan

Overall we were very pleased with Serenity Villa I. It is a stunning villa, the pools are fantastic and the views are incredible. It is a long way out from the town though, this wasn't a problem though as we were able to arrange a hire car very easily with a simple phone call and it was cheap.

Hi John, Thank you for your lovely review. The villa is situated in the area where most of the large, modern villas are situated. Most people chose the area as it’s not far from town but not too close that you get the noise from the restaurants and bars. It’s a 20 minute walk to the centre of town and 10 minutes to the nearest shops - most people don’t hire cars as they tend to walk into town and taxis back which we have a house mobile for - linked directly to the recommended taxi company. They will be there to collect you within about 5 minutes and it’s about £2 cost from and to town if you don’t fancy the walk.

I am so sorry about the broken blinds - we were not aware of this problem until you left so we were not able to repair them until after your stay which literally took about 15 minutes. The problem was due to the blinds getting trapped in the door to the terrace when it was closed so we have now changed the blinds to curtains to avoid this when we had the villa completely renovated. Sehr schöne Villa mit einem tollen Ausblick. Straße zur Villa sehr steil, aber mit Taxi gut zu erreichen. Jeden Tag frisches Brot geliefert bekommen. Sehr gut hat uns die Zwischenreinigung gefallen. Für ältere Menschen sind die vielen Stufen (auch auf der Terrasse) vielleicht nicht so gut, aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Atemberaubende Aussichten

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Serenity Villa I. Wir waren schon mal in einer anderen Villa in Kalkan doch dieses Villa übertraf alle anderen: die Aussicht auf ganz Kalkan aus jedem Zimmer war atemberaubend- wir waren jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert. Zudem war die Villa war komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Die unglaubliche Aussicht hat die Villa aufgrund dessen, dass sie auf einem sehr hohen Berg liegt. Auf der linken Seite waren Bäume und auf der rechten Seite eine andere Villa. Trotzdem hatte man auf jeden Fall sehr viel Privatsphäre und der Pool Bereich war fast komplett uneinsehbar (leicht einsehbar durch die Villa daneben). Die Stadt ist zu Fuß bergab in etwa 15 Minuten und der Strand in etwa 25 Minuten bergab zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf dem Rückweg ist jedoch zu beachten, dass man steile Berge hochlaufen muss, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat, da man auch mit dem Taxi hoch fahren konnte. Der Strand war uns ein bisschen zu weit weg, aber die Villa glich dies aus. Zudem hat uns auch gefallen, dass wir jeden Morgen frisches Brot vom Pool Mann geliefert bekommen haben und das sowohl die Gastgeberin Tracy, als auch die Manager Vorort stets freundlich und immer erreichbar waren.Die Villa ist aus unserer Sicht jedem wärmsten zu empfehlen!

Steve and I visited Kalkan in October 2009. The charm of Kalkan and the high quality restaurants drew us in. We left with a memorable holiday and also returned home as owners of a building project. This was to be the original! It was part of a small complex of exclusive Villas and one of the first glass fronted contemporary villas to be built in Kalkan. We immediately fell in love with the style, luxury and amazing views and after our first season of rentals and rave reviews we decided to purchase our second Villa in the same area and same builder - Serenity II. Kalkan has also worked it's charm on our children (ages 17 -22) and our parents who love the people, history, boat trips, diving, turquoise blue sea and delicious food- hence the need for a larger villa!
