Gulf Shores Getaway w/Large Pool – 1 Mile to the Beach!
You will love this ground-floor condo the minute you walk in the door! Dolphin Villas is located just over 1 mile from the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and the public beach access. Perfect for a family vacation, couples’ getaway, or someone that wants peace and quiet time by themselves. "Our Sweet Home in Alabama” feels like your home away from home.
The kitchen has everything you need if you would like to cook. All appliances are stainless steel, and the laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer & dryer. The pool is located across the parking lot just a short walk from the condo. There are chairs and tables there for your use.
Our home is smoke-free, however, there is an ashtray provided on the back porch for those who smoke. Wal-mart is just 2 blocks away!! Hwy 59, which leads to the beach, is just one block away and offers a plethora of things for you to do which includes lots of restaurants & shopping.
Our rates are lower than most hotels in the area so why would you stay in a small hotel room when you can have a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with all the conveniences of home? Try our Dolphin Villa…we are sure you will like it! Thank you again for considering us for your vacation destination.

We are parents of 6 children with 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. I am a REALTOR and my husband sells trailers at trailerworld.com. We love spending time at the beach and discovered Gulf Shores when a friend of ours so we decided to purchase a vacation home there.
Why they chose this property
There were two things that drew us to this complex. One, is the relaxing atmosphere and how quiet the complex is especially since you can sit on the porch and all you see is trees. The second thing is, it’s proximity to everything. It's located off Hwy 59 just over the inter coastal waterway. Within walking distance there are grocery stores, Wall-Mart, & restaurants. Within a short distance of our condo is Gulf State park which features boating, fishing, and an 18-hole golf course. Also close by is Ft Morgan, Waterville, bike trails, and the zoo. If you like to shop, there is ample shopping with the Wharf in Orange Beach and the Tanger Outlet Mall. We are located close to several restaurants like Lulu’s Restaurant and Tacky Jack’s just to name a couple.
