Castaway is an adorable Tiny home, just blocks from the Bon Secour River, bring your boat and fishing poles! there is a boat launch less than a quarter mile away at Aquila's fish Market. We welcome your dogs at Castaway (limit 2 Dogs, see fees below). The home features a fully fenced back yard for kids and pets to enjoy. spend time on the screened in front porch, or play in the yard. there is a charcoal grill for your use. this property is away from the busyness of Gulf Shores and centrally located to all of the area attractions

There is so much to do in the area, and this home offers a great central home base for all of your family activities. home is well stocked for a small group of 4 guests, there is a fully stocked kitchen with every thing that you need to cook and serve meals. all bedding is provided, the home is on on one level (no loft), there is a king size bed in the master and a comfortable, memory foam queen size Murphy Bed in the living room. The hosts are local to the area, would be happy to answer any questions you have and are available for questions. We look forward to hosting your next visit to the Gulf Coast.

Hosted by Robin Chastain
Eric and Myself (Robin) have been hosting guests in multiple properties since 2018, we LOVE hosting! And enjoy the opportunity to meet guests of all ages and backgrounds. We take pride in our properties and our guests comfort is our top priority in all that we do.
We have been married since 1987, have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren, family is important to us. We also volunteer and foster Great Danes, we have 2 of our own. (affectionately known as "The Boys") We relocated from the state of Minnesota in 2018 and have loved our new home state of Alabama!
Robin Volunteers with the town of Perdido Beach Zoning commission and loves to participate in community betterment. Eric is handy, and manages the remodels, and repairs on the properties. typically all of our cleanings are done by Robin and maintenance is done by Eric, we have very high standards for our cleanliness and enjoy making improvements where we can.

Bon Secour is quiet, almost like time forgot it. it is centrally located to shopping and beaches, but far enough out to allow for relaxation and a touch of nature.

Tiny house in a tiny house community, the homes are adorable, it is quiet, centrally located and near the river. we have always been interested in Tiny living, and know that others are as well, this home gives people the opportunity to give it a try.
