This Victorian home was truly a gem! Photos to advertise matched the interior.Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, bowls, cookware and there was very up to date fridge stove dishwasher. Towels and linens were very high quality. Dual air conditioning for upstairs and downstairs. Beds comfortable with beautiful Victorian style headboardsMany nooks and areas for calm and quiet activities. Host answered all questions and offered to address any issues.Definitely family friendly with amount of space available. Furniture comfortable fitting the style of the home. Extensive back yard area. Did not use washer, dryer, but up to date. Very quiet neighborhood. Suggestions Grass could be cut before guest arrival. There was unfortunately a musty smell and some of our guest group could not take the chance to stay due to allergy issues. Did not cause a problem for three of the five guests. Perhaps an air purifier could clear that issue. Trains came through with whistle blowing which made sleeping difficult some nights. One living room carpet was curled up at the corner which was a safety problem. Instructions could be left for working of the appliances. A guest book with all information could be left on one of the tables. I.e. wifi password, any appliance instructions, local things to do and see. All in all would definitely rent this Vrbo location again! Just minor suggestions. Would give it a 9/10.
