About this property
3 BR, 1.5 Bath, OD shower - 4 Min. Dr To Beaches & 8 Min. to Island Queen Ferry!
Enjoy your relaxing beach getaway in this charming, family-friendly home located in the desirable Davisville neighborhood of East Falmouth. The home is located on a quiet street, steps from Green Pond, which empties into the ocean. Enjoy the evenings roasting marshmallows around the fire pit in the private, fenced-in backyard with a spacious deck, outdoor shower and brand new Weber grill! This home is perfect for kids, with plenty of space outside to run around or enjoy some lawn games. Your stay includes a narrow wooded path to water access at the end of the street for kayaking or canoe launch. The nearest boat ramp is located at Green Pond Marina, only a 3 minute drive away, where you can put your boat into the water and go fishing or simply enjoy the beautiful water views. For the more adventurous, head all the way to the open ocean via Green Pond.
Looking for a winter getaway? Cozy up to a wood-burning indoor fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine or cider in this very quiet home, heated with a smart thermostat, and located on a private, dead-end street. Falmouth is a year-round Cape Village, with the shops and restaurants in town becoming so much more private after the summer season ends.

FAMILY IS EVERYTHING!
We are Massachusetts natives with three young children who grew up spending summers on the Cape and taking advantage of the beautiful beaches. We have just recently dipped our toes into the East Falmouth vacation rental market and love providing stylish, relaxing vacation homes for our guests to enjoy. We decided to buy our first vacation home on Cape Cod because we knew we wanted to share our love for the area with our children and watch them grow up playing in the sand on Bristol, Menauhant, and Falmouth Heights beaches. We chose East Falmouth because of the family-friendly downtown and access to the islands. We hope you enjoy our homes and fall in love with the area, just like we did!
