About this property

Modern 70 sqm apartment with a large roof terrace

The approx. 70 qm (with roof terrace over 80 qm) large apartment is on the 1st Floor of a family house.

The apartment consists of a bright living room with a large 55 inch flat screen TV incl. Netflix via Amazon Fire TV Stick, radio and CD player. An old piano underlines the mix of old furniture paired with a modern interior. From the large living-dining room you have access to a 13 sqm, sunny roof terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the garden, the surrounding vineyards, forests and the Kinheimer Höhe. An ideal place to relax and unwind. Of course, the garden is also available for you to linger.

The separate, newly designed kitchen - in light natural tones - includes a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob and oven. In addition to the coffee machine, toaster, kettle and mixer, there is a Senseo coffee machine. A complete equipment of kitchen inventory is a matter of course.

The bathroom is new, very fine with a large shower, toilet and an individual, very special washing facility. A hair dryer is part of the standard, as well as sufficient towels, shower towels and a bathroom scale.

The spacious bedroom - also in natural tones - offers enough space for the large bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) with Tempur mattress, bedside tables and a large wardrobe. A rocking chair emphasizes the cosiness of the room. Cot and high chair are also available.

The minimum stay for the apartment is 3 nights.

We had a great vacation, lovely host, nice apartment. Busstop next to it ( if you should need it). Kröv, Traben-Trarbach, Bernkastel-kues all very close, much you can do in the area.

Het was voor ons de eerste keer dat wij i.p.v. een huisje huurde van b.v. Landal, gekozen hebben voor een appartement. Daar hebben wij geen spijt van gehad. Wij hebben genoten van het mooie schone vakantieverblijf wat van alle gemakken voorzien was. Een heerlijk terras met uitzicht bergen, bomen en wijnranken.Onze gastvrouw Mia was een hartelijk en behulpzaam om het ons naar de zin te maken.Over het weer hadden wij niet te klagen met een temperatuur van tussen de 25 en 35 graden.Al met al een echte aanrader.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gut vorbereitet mit hilfreichen Tips für Tagesausflüge oder Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen. Stellplatz vor der Tür.👍 Die Mosel Straße mit den Weinläden und Weinproben sind in ca. 20min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber und hat einen schönen Ausblick. Auch auf Terasse konnte man gut sitzen und die Sonne und den Ausblick genießen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Nette Vermieterin. Wohnung komplett ausgestattet. Wanderwege durch die Weinberge beginnen direkt vor dem Haus. Kinheim ist auch guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wer nicht selbst kochen will, kann am Wochenende direkt nebenan bei gut essen und Wein vom Winzer genießen. Tisch reservieren! Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über die komplette erste Etage. Zum Treppenhaus gibt es allerdings keine Tür. Uns hat es nicht gestört, sollte man aber vorher wissen.

Super schöne Wohnung an der Mosel.

Die Ferienwohnung war super . Besonders die Dachterrasse war klasse. Es hat an nichts gefehlt . Sehr schon war auch das große Bad mit der tollen Regendusche. Mann kann von Kinheim sehr schöne Ausflüge zb. nach Bernkastel Kues oder Traben- Trabach machen. Die Vermietern Frau Junglen ist sehr feundlich. Wir können diese schone Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Angenehme Wohnatmosphäre, tolle Dachterrasse. Freundliche Gastgeberin. Zwei Details können stören: Die Wohnung ist nicht abgeschlossen. Es geht von der Hauseingangstür eine Treppe rauf, dann beginnt die Ferienwohnung - ohne Tür. In der Küche, die ansonsten gut ausgestattet ist, gibt Es sehr wenig Arbeitsfläche. Wen dies nicht stört, wird einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt habe.!

sehr ruhige, schöne Wohnung mit freundlicher Betreuung!

Überrascht hat uns die sehr freundliche, aber nicht aufdringliche Art der Vermieterin! Hier hat es weder an Informationen noch an netten Aufmerksamkeiten gefehlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich außerhalb des Kernortes Kienheim( zu erreichen über eine steile Straße, besser mit dem Auto !!!) und bietet eine schön renovierte Wohnung, wo vor allem die fast nicht einsehbare Dachterrasse und das interessante Badezimmer überzeugen konnte. Die Küche ist sehr klein aber vollständig eingerichtet, Das Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen und Rahmen inkl bezogener Betten hat uns auch gefallen. Wer eine ruhige, außerhalb gelegene Wohnung sucht, liegt hier goldrichtig!
