PLEASE use the calendar when making inquiry. It is up to date with the reservations. NO More than 4 people. 2 bedroom bungalow with bath, quiet section of town, 3 blocks from beach and 2 blocks to amusements. Clean, AC, private outdoor area.  Sleeps 4. 1 full size, 1 bunk bed with lower futon. 2 Beach tags included. NO LINENS/TOWELS PROVIDED you must bring these. Plenty of blankets and pillows. This is a non-smoking home.  PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE WITH MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE. House parties, underage drinking, attempting to overcrowd the home will result in immediate removal. No longer renting to groups under 25. Please use calendar to see if nights are open. One parking space provided.

Perfect in every way. We stayed for a 3-day weekend, myself, mother in law, and 2 kids. Perfect location and perfect size for 4 people. The distance to the beach and pier was perfect. Great place for a family with young kids.

Nice private bungalow

The place was great a few blocks from the boardwalk and we'll kept. Perfect place for a couple and a dog. Jim was great and the place was quiet and private. I would stay there again for sure.

Wonderful stay

This little bungalow was perfect for my husband and I. Our Boston terrier enjoyed it also. The house was clean and comfortable. I loved the fenced in courtyard. Wonderful stay.

Awesome Place perfectly located

This place was amazing perfectly located in the middle of Seaside boardwalk the host was awesome fresh coffee and 1/2 & 1/2 in the fridge snacks as well couldn’t ask for more I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to the shore great outdoor area friendly neighbors truly amazing trip with anything you wanted right at where your staying kudos

Seaside getaway

We arrived and were able to access the property with no problem at all. We enjoyed our stay in this rental (we were there for the weekend) It was exactly what the listing said. It was very clean and close enough to the boardwalk and restaurants to walk to.

Fun at the Bungalow

We enjoyed our two night stay at this cute property. It was perfect for my husband and two children (ages 7 & 9). We walked to restaurants and boardwalk both days. The outdoor space was private and comfortable. There was a small coffee both and keurig! I highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed and a wonderful host!

Located w few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Clean property with all you need including a great patio w a BBQ. Can't say enough about the host and how accommodating he was. So very kind and went above and beyond my expectations! We will definitely be renting from him again. If you need a place for a small group, look no further. This is it.
