Your own private cottage 2nd house from boardwalk/beach. Located across the street from Midway bar. 4 Beach passes included and 1 parking pass. 1block to several off boardwalk restaurants and shopping.
1 bedroom with full bed, 2 couches in separate room. Each room with own A/C and doors to close for privacy. Patio with gas grill and outdoor table and chairs. Great place to chill and grill after a day at the beach

Casino pier.and large water park only 3 blocks away. Rides for all ages.
Walk 3 blocks west and find the Barnegat Bay which offers rentals of Jet Skis, canoes, motor boats. Crabbing and fishing supplies. Lots of fun to be had even on rainy days .

It was a magnificent stay from the location could be more convenient. Cottage was super clean and had everything you would possibly need Xtra if you forgot something. Very private and hosts were sweet, welcoming and very accommodating and helpful with any questions requarding our stay. Was a pleasant stay, cant wait to book again next year!!!!

I was here at this lovely cottage with my three adult daughters and our dog -- we couldn't have asked for more. Jane met us as we arrived and saved a prime parking space just for us. She was very accommodating and welcoming. Just steps to the boardwalk and all it has to offer, as well as the beach. The beach passes Jane left for us were such a great bonus, as we went multiple times every day. The house had every amenity that we needed, and was just perfect for us. This was our first trip to Seaside Heights, and we are already looking forward to coming back!The location, cleanliness, accommodations and fun atmosphere make this lovely home a five star retreat!

Jane, the owner was very friendly and and helpful..One of the cutest and secluded places we have been to..If you want to b steps away from the board walk this is the place fir you. Everything you would need in this small place is there for you. I would highly recommend that you book this gem...thanks again Jane and her husband..Great people....

The hosts were great. Very accommodating. The house was in a great location! The negatives: Upon check in we found the fridge had some brown smelly liquid under the crisper. Floor in sunroom had a puddle of water (albeit it was raining that day and could have come from ac unit window). Toilet had dried urine running down front underneath. Walls had stains. Only one bed was comfortable. Positives: It was dog friendly and gated but not very private when sitting outside. I appreciate the owners for being very accommodating during the stay. I loved the location, easy access to beach with provided passes and parking tag. The cottage had all the utensils, appliances and amenities needed for our stay.

I am sorry that a few cleaning items were missed. As far as the walls, the unit is painted every March. Unfortunately guests do mark the walls and with only 4 hrs in between guests, there is no time for touching up paint. I do however address that midway through the season when I keep a full day open to tend to those issues As far as the courtyard isprivate. You do not share the space with others. The only time we are back there is to take the garbage out, and I am out there at least twice a day to water the garden and tend to the landscape. . Other than that we are not in the courtyard. Yes, there is probably only one bed that is very comfortable because the other two sleeping areas are futons. The town will not allow us to put any more beds in that unit. If you had mentioned these issues I would have taken care of it and refunded your cleaning deposit. Nothing was said so I had no chance to correct your issues,

This place was adorable! I wasn’t able to meet Jane in person as she was out of town, but she was lovely to communicate with via messenger. Couldn’t be closer to the beach/boardwalk, cute little snacks left on the table, very clean and overall just a very nice getaway!

Although it was a little small, everything was great. Location, comfortable setting, privacy, and hosts made it a wonderful visit! We went after summer, so boardwalk and beach were not crowded. Would definitely go there again.
