With a relaxing, community pool steps away and restaurants within walking distance, screened in patio, full kitchen & remote work space, you won’t want to leave the Coastal Oasis Condo!

*This condo has been freshly updated in with an inviting coastal design and updated sofas, mattresses, new kitchen, and new luxury plank flooring installed throughout.*

Coastal Oasis Condo includes the following amenities:
- Daily community pool access, bathhouse & outdoor showers, open 8am-10pm from Memorial day to Labor day.
- Screened-in Patio to enjoy a quiet moment with your morning coffee or evening wine.
- All new beds with 1 King Master bedroom and a Second bedroom with Queen and trundle bed (sleeps 6 comfortably, with no sofa beds needed)
- Professionally laundered linens and towels provided
- In-unit Laundry room with Washer and Dryer
- Stainless steel GE appliances
- Coffee Maker

- Smart TV for your streaming needs. We do not have cable TV, as most of our guests are at the beach all day.

Our relaxing and convenient location at Bay Crossing is right off Route 1, close to everything. Our location is a hidden treasure which provides easy access to charming historic Lewes, beaches, and tax free outlet shopping. Within walking distance are local restaurants, including Bethany Blues and Go Brit! Our favorite State Park gem, Cape Henlopen only 3 miles away which features several beaches, fishing, history, biking, the nature center, playground or more. Rehoboth, only 15 minutes away, offers a boardwalk, water park, even more restaurants and outlet shopping.

If you are interested in bike rentals, please message us, we can provide you with two local options. Our location is bike friendly, with bike trails nearby and a bike rack.

Rules & Limitation of Liability:
1. We have one major rule for health and safety - absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the patio.
2. Parties, events, senior week stays, and pets are not allowed.
Renter agrees to hold harmless Owner for any liabilities, related to use of community pool.

Unit was perfect for a weekend getaway with a toddler. Lots of space, easy entry, pool was great, condo had everything we needed and much more! Close to plenty of restaurants and easy drive to Lewes beaches (spent time in both) and Rehoboth beach. Would stay again!

We were so happy on how clean and decorated this condo was. Everything we needed was there - kitchen utensils, bath products, Roku tv was great when it was raining. Close to restaurants, Rehoboth Beach, movie theater, and shopping.

Perfect two bedroom/two bath

Great location...short drive to everywhere you will want to see and do. The unit is spotless and supplies everything you need for your stay...down to toothbrushes and coffee and beach chairs! Parking is easy and there is a full restaurant within a short walking distance! Two bedrooms and two baths...supplies you a comfortable stay on your vacation!

Host was very responsive with any information and the place was nice a bed in a great location. Many stores/ restaurants nearby. Went to rehobeth for a day and cape henlopen for a day. Kids enjoyed the long weekend trip as much as we did :)

Great place to stay

We loved this property! It was clean, close to everything we wanted, spacious and so close to the pool. The only things I would recommend would be a TV in at least one of the bedrooms and more cookware. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. I would recommend this condo and would stay again.

Clean and nicely decorated near many attractions

Beautiful first floor condo fit our family perfectly. A quick drive to Cape Henlopen beach, a pool a few steps away, and restaurants nearby make this property one to keep booking! Owner quick to respond. We loved Bethany Blues and The Crooked Hammock. We enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Wonderful condo

Good size condo. Our family of four loved our stay.plenty of room. Great location. So easy to get into Lewes. Just steps to the pool. Loved hanging in the porch. It had everything we needed and we will definitely come back.

Beautiful 1st floor beach condo, well kept and maintained.

The host was a pleasure, made sure we had everything we needed in the condo as well as information for the places we wanted to see. There is a pool directly across the parking lot and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful with ponds and sidewalks for easy walking. Downtown Lewes is a quaint old town, rich in history with great places to eat and shop. Several beaches are nearby with Cape Henlopen my favorite. Plenty to explore and we'll be back for more!

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Enough room for the 3 of us. I appreciate that linens, body wash and shampoo and conditioner were provided. It was also nice to have a kitchen that had everything. Check-in was simple and the host was easy to get in contact with during our stay. Location was great. It was easy to get to Dewey and Rehoboth Beach and the Lewes Cape May Ferry. The Tanger Outlets are down the street. I would recommend checking out The Milton Theatre to see if there are any events that interest you. We saw a great comedy show.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The location was fantastic close to the beach restaurants, and entertainment. The condo was beautiful with attention to detail. The pool was awesome with ample room tables and umbrellas. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even made pizza and several small meals. Cookware was great and well stocked. I would definitely come back!

A relaxing long weekend

Had a wonderful stay this past weekend. Mia the property manager does an amazing job making sure your stay is perfect. My family was new to Lewes and she did a great job of suggesting activities that everyone in our family would enjoy. The condo is easy to get to, and very well kept. My little kiddos enjoyed the trundle bed and the kid games in the living room closet! The pool is just a few steps out back and really nice! Even has bathrooms and changing rooms! If we come back to Lewes we would for sure stay here again!

Lacrosse tournament

Everything was amazing!! We were here for the weekend for a lacrosse tournament and we were very limited on what we could fit in the car with all the lacrosse gear. (We had goalie gear). The house having everything we needed was super convenient.

Perfect

This was the perfect place for easy access to Cape Henalopen. It was great to find a beach rental that comfortably fit our family of 6 at an affordable price. It is an easy car ride to the beach and 30 min (adult) 45 min (with kids) bike ride to the beach. While it is not directly on the bike bath we felt comfortable riding along the road to the path with our 6 year old.

Great for Toddlers/Family

We loved our stay and will be back for sure! The beds are very comfortable and set up well for our family. Our 3 year old loved the trundle and 5 year old got the queen to herself! Spacious and easy to get to as its on the ground level. So close to Lewes beach which is perfect for toddlers with the calm waves and sandbars.
