Our 2nd-floor end unit is a quiet and relaxing getaway with two bedrooms, two full-sized bathrooms, and a pull-out extra queen-sized sofa bed in the living room.

A lovely screened porch off the dining room has seating for 4.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a dishwasher, new non-stick pots/pans, and a cutlery set; plenty of plates, bowls, glassware, and utensils.

The dining area comfortably seats four while the breakfast bar seats another two people. The screened-in porch offers seating for four people.

Bedrooms are at the back of the unit, making it easier to unwind when traveling with friends and family.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. A large flat-screen TV in the master bedroom allows guest to enjoy their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred streaming services.

We have high-speed internet. There is a nice-sized dresser, a big closet, and fold-down desks in both bedrooms for guests who need to work while traveling.

The master bath has double sinks.

The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, and fold-down desk. It has a flat-screen television with Roku.

The beds are made with clean sheets. We provide one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one paper towel roll.

The living area is comfortable with a large sofa, loveseat, chair and a half, and a smart Samsung television that allows you to access your streaming services. High-speed internet/wifi provided. Free on-site parking, a washer/dryer in the unit, Central A/C, and essential cleaning products are available during your stay.

Some toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc.), linens (sheets and bath towels) are included in this rental.

The location is ideal. Turn left for Rehoboth Beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and all tax-free shopping at the Tanger Outlets. Turn right for Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, nearby breweries (Crooked Hammock, Big Oyster Brewery, Lewes Brewing Company), quaint restaurants, and ice cream shops.

For kids, Funland on the Rehoboth Boardwalk is a highlight. The Midway Center Speedway theme park, the Movies at Midway, and Candy Kitchen are within walking distance. Jungle Jim’s theme park and Shall We Bounce Trampoline Park are a short drive, and Lefty's Alley and Eats, which has bowling, laser tag, and arcade games, is behind the nearby WaWa gas station.

Access to the excellent Junction and Breakwater bike and walking trail is a mile away. You can access it via Wolfe Neck Road and near Cape Henlopen High School.

Check-in time is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out is 10:30 am. Prompt check-out during the summer is required due to turn-over time for the next rental.
