Softball weekend

We were her for a weekend of softball with our granddaughters . The place was very convenient to everything and it was just as advertised. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was perfect! Amazing distance from ocean. Right on the beach on the 4th floor. Short walk from elevator. Amenities are so nice and clean. The condo is so clean and the perfect size for the 5 of us. The location was wonderful. It was so quiet but yet so close to everything we needed. The owner was great with communication and answered any questions or concerns we had immediately

Weekend with friends

The place was clean and had what you needed. Location was great, Barefoot Landing was only a few minutes away , very cute shopping area with restaurants. Had a great time with friends. Would recommend.

Beautiful views!

The space was excellent and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to everything. Only issue was the lighting in the master bedroom and an issue with dishwasher that was going to be fixed along with the lamps. We would definitely stay there again. We loved the balcony and view.

Great property

Spring break 2023. Had a beautiful time. Location is wonderful and the property itself is top-notch. Even though it was colder temps we still braved the ocean and the beach was soft and wonderful. Would certainly consider this again for a future stay.

Perfect spot for our family vacation!

Our stay in North Myrtle Beach was amazing. The unit has a spectacular view of the ocean, sparkling clean and very well-appointed. It was easy drive to get to all attractions in North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. Randy & Debbie were immediately available when needed and were fantastic hosts. We will definitely be back!

First SC experience

We drove from Iowa with a couple stops before our final destination, we were very happy with the vrbo from start to end. A great price for all you get and the view was amazing, even during the tropical storms drom hurricane Debby. We werent able to do much, but enjoyed when we could. Perfect location to get down to the beach as well. We wpuld definitely stay here again (hopefully without a storm rolling through)

Beach trip

Very nice place to stay, however I am in a wheelchair and this place is not wheelchair accessible. My chair would not fit in either bathroom, I had to use the bathroom in the lobby. Could not shower for my 8 day, 7 night stay.

Lack of toiletries

I would have given this a 5 start review. The location was nice and we had beautiful views. We stay a lot at air bnbs and were surprised to be given small (already used) toilet paper rolls with only one to spare. Needless to say, with 5 people we ran out on the 5th day. We have never had this issue with having a hygienic necessity kept to a minimum. We came across the country and did not pack extra rolls with us nor did we want to go to the store and buy a whole pack. We had an iron but no ironing board and there was no hair dryer. I would suggest providing more of these for the next guests. With the amount of money we spent, something small like this would have been great. I was going to call and request more but there were clear instructions on our check in about how much we would be provided.

Wonderful place for an extended stay.

This was our third October spent at Waterpointe I, and it is the perfect place for us. It is well maintained, clean and quiet. The beach is quite close and access is easy. Our condo was roomy and comfortable. Not having to bring bedding and towels is wonderful, and the fact that they are nice and new is great too. We will definitely be back.

Soothing Sound of the Ocean

Great location with balcony perfect for sunrises and just enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. Very clean and kitchen has all that you need. Easy check in process and manager very proactive. The people we met in the building were very friendly. Loved the shopping carts available to bring in groceries. Beach was great and lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Internet worked well. The only area for improvement would be having a hair dryer in the unit. We would stay here again for sure.

Few hiccups at first but turned out to be an amazing weekend! First our code didn’t work to get in. I called Randy and he let us in right away and gave us a new code for the door. Secondly, the shower drain was clogged in one of the restrooms. Texted Randy and he was quick to get someone scheduled and they were out the next morning. Overall the trip was amazing and the hospitality was first class. This was our family’s first trip to Myrtle Beach and we absolutely loved it! We are already planning on coming back again in the future

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway!

My wife and her 80+ yr old parents just got back from a long weekend and loved this condo. We had to take several things into consideration to meet their needs. It has been recently updated throughout. It is one of the best furnished condos with very good quality furniture like you would have in your home. Not the cheap uncomfortable rental stuff most units have. My wife loved the tile showers and update baths. The bedding and mattresses where just replaced recently and were so comfy. The barstool height chairs were comfortable and let you see above the railing. The location to stores and restaurants was great. They loved the view from the 4th floor. Not too high, but good enough to look up and down the beach. Beautiful sunrises. The owner was very helpful with reservations and quickly answered any questions we had. This was just a stress free process and we have this bookmarked to to back again. Thanks to the owners for being a great host! If your like me you always have a fear that what you see online and what you get when you arrive are completely different. In this case everything was better than we expected and that is just refreshing to have an owner who takes a lot of pride in their property. 5 Star stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, center to all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer. An amazing view from the balcony. The beach was so much fun, and the pool was great. The unit was as described in the listing, very comfortable for my family of 2 adults and 2 teens, clean and fresh. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. Randy was easy to reach.
