AMAZING VIEW 16ft Balcony Directly on the beach, 3 pools 2 full baths SLEEPS 6

Our beautiful home (SLEEPS 6) and is located at WATER POINT 1, it is a 3 Bed rm with 2 full baths. The large 16ft balcony has a (direct ocean front view). Our home has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances. It includes full size washer & dryer and brand new hickory cabinets with granite counter tops, also a wine and bar area
LV rm has a 37 inch flat screen TV, built-in house stereo & radio & CD changer &
I Pod station.
1. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a flat screen TV and privet bath.
2. Queen size bed is in the 2nd guest room with a Flat screen TV & fan.
3. Twin beds are in the 3rd bedroom small dresser and a Flat screen TV & fan.
The condo sleeps 6 comfortably, it is tastefully decorated with all brand new furniture. Amenities include free high speed internet, free parking for 2 cars, indoor pool, outdoor pool, a hot tub, barbecue/picnic area. This unit is located one block from Barefoot Landing, Alabama Playhouse, House of Blues, and multiple restaurants.
* The condo association does not allow motorcycles , trailers, pets or (TENTS) on the beach sorry for any inconvenience.

The perfect spot.

The time here was wonderful. Great spot to sit and enjoy family. The host Wayne is absolutely great. This was my first time using VRBO and he was there for me during the whole process. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is ready to come to the beach and enjoy the ocean.

Nice family get away

Very nice condo had everything we needed. Fast and easy walk out back to the beach. Property owner was very nice and answered quickly when asking questions and no hassle adding an extra day to our stay

My husband and I have been going to Myrtle Beach for the last 16 years. This is by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. It was a wonderful location and the condo itself was perfect. We had everything we needed and It could not have been a better time. We will definitely being staying here from now on!

Awesome Ocean front family vacation!

This condo has an Amazing view! It was clean and it met our family’s needs. The owner was very easy to contact and communicate with. The location was great with plenty of restaurants/grocery stores and other things to do close by. You can take a walk on the beach as far as your legs will carry you! :-) We highly recommend staying here.
